The aim of the study was to predict teachers' job satisfaction based on resilience, job self-efficacy and organizational climate.
Method: This was a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population was elementary school teachers in Qods County, which is 950 people based on the Education and Training Department information. The sample was 274 people selected using the Morgan table. The Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (1967), Connor and Davidson's Resilience Questionnaire (2003), Riggs and Knight's Job Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (1994) and Halpin and Craft's Organizational Climate Questionnaire (1986) were used to collect data.
Findings: Multiple regression analysis showed that organizational climate with 34 percent and resilience with 35 percent can predict job satisfaction index. On the other hand, using Pearson's correlation coefficient, it was determined that there is a significant relationship between the variables of job satisfaction and organizational climate (r=0.463) and resilience (r=0.464).
Conclusion: The findings of the study showed that job self-efficacy does not play a role in predicting job satisfaction, but organizational climate and resilience can predict job satisfaction of teachers. According to the results, career counselors are advised to provide their career clients with the necessary awareness of the impact of resilience on job satisfaction.
