ساختار رغبتهای شغلی دانشجویان در دانشگاه اصفهان: مقایسه مدل هالند و گاتی

چکیده
Abstract: For aim of indicating better model for use in career counseling with university Student a sample of 640 university students (321 m & 319 fm) fromUniversity ofIsfahan was selected cluster-randomly, and Occupational Preference Form of Personal Globe Inventory performed between them. Results of randomization test of order relations in each of three groups (men, women, separately; men and women together, supported from better fit forHolland's model than Gati's model (in    difference of fit, P=0.01).  In each groups, correspondence index (CI) ofHolland's model was greater than 0.70 (respectively CI=0.72, 0.75, & 0.72, P=0.02), but CI of Gati's model was respectively 0.50, 0.56, & 0.50, (P>0.05). Results didn't show any difference in model fit betweenHolland’s and Gati’s model cross sex (P>0.05 for each model). Results supported from cross cultural validity ofHolland’s RIASEC model and structural validity of Occupational Preference form of Personal Globe Inventory. Some implications and suggestions were discussed.Keywords:  Holland’s RIASEC model; Gati’s hierarchical model; Validation of vocational interest models; Randomization Test of Hypothesized Order Relations; Globe Inventory.چکیده: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین بهترین مدل برای مشاوره مسیر شغلی دانشجویان، از بین دو مدل هالند (1997) و گاتی (1991)، نمونه­ای 640 نفری (321 مرد و 319 زن) از دانشجویان دانشگاه اصفهان، به­صورت خوشه­ای تصادفی انتخاب و فرم رجحان به مشاغل سیاهه کروی فردی در میان آن­ها اجرا شد.  نتایج آزمون گمارش تصادفی الگوهای ترتیبی فرض شده در روابط، در هر سه نمونه دانشجویان مرد، دانشجویان زن، و مجموعه دانشجویان زن و مرد حامی برازش بهتر مدل هالند نسبت به مدل گاتی (در اختلاف برازش، 01/0=P) بود. در هر سه گروه، شاخص همخوانی ((CI مدل هالند بالاتر از 70/0 (به­ترتیب، 72/0، 75/0، و 72/0 ،02/0=P)؛ ولی CI مدل گاتی به­ترتیب 50/0، 56/0، و 50/0 (05/0 <P) به­دست آمد. در نمونه زن و مرد، مدل هالند و مدل گاتی برازش متفاوتی از خود نشان نداند (به ترتیب 75/0=P ، 89/0=P). نتایج این پژوهش از اعتبار بین فرهنگی نظریه هالند و روایی ساختاری فرم رغبت به مشاغل سیاهه کروی فردی حمایت کرد. مضامین و پیشنهاداتی نیز برای پژوهش­های بعدی مورد بحث قرار گرفت.کلید واژه­ها: مدل RIASEC هالند، مدل سلسله مراتبی گاتی، اعتباریابی مدل­های رغبت شغلی، آزمون گمارش تصادفی الگوی ترتیبی روابط فرض شده، سیاهه کروی فردی.
