تاثیر ایفای نقش و شباهت تمرین‌های شبیه‌سازی در کانون‌های ارزیابی وظیفه‌محور و بعدمحور در عملکرد کارکنان

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تفاوت بین شبیه­سازی بالا، متوسط و پایین و معرف بودن و معرف نبودن تمرین­های شبیه­سازی در دو نوع کانون ارزیابی بعد محور و کانون ارزیابی وظیفه محور در توانمندسازی کارکنان در محیط کار انجام شد.پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش های شبه آزمایشی بوده و شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش شامل 24 نفر از مدیران یک شرکت صنعتی بودند که به صورت نمونه هدفمند و با توجه به جدول مورفی و میورز (1999) انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای استفاده شده در پژوهش شامل تمرین­های شبیه­سازی (ایفای نقش، بحث گروهی بدون رهبر، مطالعه موردی) و پرسشنامه توانمند­سازی (اسپریتزر،1995) بود. داده ها توسط تحلیل واریانس یک راهه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که در کانون ارزیابی بعدمحور، بین شبیه­سازی بالا، متوسط و پایین تمرین­های شبیه­سازی تفاوت وجود دارد و در کانون ارزیابی وظیفه­محور، بین معرف بودن و معرف نبودن تمرین­های شبیه­سازی کانون­های ارزیابی تفاوت وجود دارد(05/0>P). بنابراین نتیجه گرفته می­شود که شبیه سازی تمرین­های شبیه­سازی در کانون ارزیابی بعدمحور و معرف بودن تمرین­های شبیه­سازی در کانون ارزیابی وظیفه­محور اهمیت دارد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر در روند استخدام و ارتقا کارکنان از طریق کانون ارزیابی مفید خواهد بود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference between high, moderate and low simulations, and the fidelity and not fidelity of simulation exercises in two types of dimension- based assessment center and task-based assessment center in employee's empowerment in the workplace.The current study was the quasi experimental research and participants in this study were 24 managers of industrial Company that who were selected through purposeful sample and according to Murphy & Myors's table. The instruments used in the study included the simulations exercises(Role play, Leaderless group discussion and Case study) and Empowerment Questionnaire (Speritzer,1995). Data was analyzed using the one way Anova.The results of this study showed that there is a difference between high, moderate and low simulation of simulation exercises in dimension-based assessment center and there is a difference between fidelity and not fidelity of simulation exercises in task- based assessment center(p
