چکیده

پیامد های روانشناختی بیکارشدگی و راهبرد های عملی تصمیم گیری شغلی بازگشت به کاراکرم السادات رضایی[1]، دکتر  عبدالله شفیع آبادی[2]، دکتر  محمدرضا فلسفی نژاد[3] چکیدههدف  این پژوهش تبیین مشکلات و نیازهای روانی و اجتماعی بیکارشدگان جویای کار و شناسایی  نیازهای آنان در مسیر  اقدام برای تصمیم گیری شغلی بود . طرح پژوهش کیفی بر اساس نظریه داده بنیاد (گراندد تئوری ) بود.جامعه پژوهش شامل  بیکارشدگان جویای کار و تحت پوشش بیمه بیکاری بودند . شرکت کنندگان تعداد از دوازده نفر بیکارشده بود که به شیوه هدفمند و با توجه به قاعده اشباع در پژوهش شرکت کردند.گرد آوری  اطلاعات با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و گروه های کانونی و مشاهده انجام شد. یافته های حاصل تحلیل داده­ها نشان داد که بیکار شدگان جویای کار پیامد های روانشناختی فقدان ، انزوای اجتماعی  را در از دست دادن شغل تجربه می کنند . همچنین در  انتخاب هدف و برنامه مناسب شغل یابی و کسب مهارت جهت تصمیم گیری کارآمد شغلی  مشکل دارند و نیازمند آموزش به منظور ارزیابی مجدد توانایی های خود ، انتخاب هدف و برنامه ریزی مناسب ، جمع آوری درست اطلاعات شغلی ، ارتقای مهارت حل مساله ، و در نهایت تصمیم گیری شغلی کار آمد هستند. واژه های کلیدی: بیکارشدگی - راهبرد های عملی  - تصمیم گیری شغلی         [1]. دانشجوی دکتری رشته مشاوره (نویسنده مسئول) Email:rezaei.psych@yahoo.com.[2]. استاد دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی ashafiabady@yahoo.com[3]. دانشیار دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی falsafinejad@yahoo.co.uk

چکیده [English]

Abstract
The aim of the current study was to explain unemployed jobseekers’ psychological and social problems and needs, and to identify their needs in the path toward occupational decision making. The qualitative research design was based on Grounded Theory. The study population consisted of unemployed jobseekers covered by the unemployment insurance. The number of participants (12 unemployed persons) was determined according to data saturation principle and in a purposive way. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews, focus groups and observation. Findings of data analysis showed that unemployed jobseekers experience psychological consequences of loss and social isolation in losing their job. Moreover, they have problem with choosing the proper goal and plan for job seeking and obtaining skill for effective occupational decision making, and need to be trained in order to reevaluate their capabilities, choose proper goal and program, collect occupational data correctly, promote problem solving skills, and finally to make effective occupational decisions.
