نقش واسطه‌ای استرس شغلی و فرسودگی هیجانی در رابطه رفتارهای مدنی اجباری با رضایت شغلی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطه­ای استرس شغلی و فرسودگی هیجانی در رابطه رفتارهای مدنی اجباری با رضایت شغلی اجرا شد. روش پژوهش همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش، کارکنان یک سازمان دولتی در شهر زنجان بودند که از بین آن­ها 212 نفر به شیوه‌ی نمونه­گیری سهل­الوصول انتخاب شدند. ابزارها شامل پرسش­نامه رفتارهای مدنی اجباری (وی­گودا­گودت، 2007)، پرسش­نامه استرس شغلی (گل­پرور و همکاران، 2012)، پرسش­نامه فرسودگی هیجانی (مولکی و همکاران، 2006) و پرسش­نامه رضایت شغلی (مک­دونالد و مک­این­تایر، 1997) ­بودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از الگو­سازی معادله ساختاری (SEM) تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین رفتارهای مدنی اجباری با استرس شغلی و فرسودگی هیجانی رابطه مثبت و معنادار و در مقابل بین رفتارهای مدنی اجباری با رضایت شغلی رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج حاصل از الگو­سازی معادله ساختاری (SEM) نیز نشان داد که استرس شغلی متغیر واسطه­ای کامل در رابطه رفتارهای مدنی اجباری با فرسودگی هیجانی و رضایت شغلی­ و استرس شغلی و فرسودگی هیجانی به­طور هم­زمان  متغیر واسطه­ای پاره­ای برای رابطه رفتار مدنی اجباری با رضایت شغلی هستند.
