The aim of this research was survey of the effecte of group emotional intelligence training on employability in Isfahan university of Technology.this research was quasi-experimental design(per-post test)with control group .And population in this study was all of students were studing at Isfahan University Technology in 2012-2013.And The sample research consists of 36 students from Isfahan University of Technology that be selected randomly and had been randomly allocated in the experimental group(with 18 participants)and control group (with 18 participants).Expermental group members participated in emotional intelligence training meeting (for 8 sessions) and control intelligence stay in waiting list.Instrument was Mousavi’s questionnaire of employability.Result of the covariance showed :1- emotional intelligence training had effected of employability in Experimental group(R
