چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجی هوش معنوی در رابطه بین انطباق‌پذیری مسیر شغلی با قصد کارآفرینی در دانش‌آموزان متوسطه دوم بود. روش: روش این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش دانش‌آموزان متوسطه دوم شهر قم در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بودند. حجم نمونه بر اساس مدل کلاین(2023) و با روش نمونه‏گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای تصادفی 500 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌‌های پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه قصد کارآفرینی (EIQ) لیان و چن (2009)، مقیاس انطباق‏پذیری مسیر شغلی(CAAS) ساویکاس و پروفلی(2012) و سیاهه هوش معنوی (SISRI-24) کینگ(2008) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون و معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‏های پژوهش نشان داد که اثرات مستقیم انطباق‏پذیری مسیر شغلی(64/0=β و 001/0=sig) بر روی قصد کارآفرینی معنادار است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که هوش معنوی در رابطه بین انطباق‏پذیری مسیر شغلی(68/0=β و 001/0=sig) با قصد کارآفرینی نقش میانجی و معنادار دارد. همچنین مدل پژوهش از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود (06/0=RMSEA، 03/0= SRMRو 05/0>p) و 73 درصد از واریانس قصد کارآفرینی تبیین می‌شود. نتیجه‏گیری: با توجه به یافته‏های این پژوهش و نقش انطباق‏پذیری مسیر شغلی و هوش معنوی بر قصد کارآفرینی استفاده از نتایج این پژوهش برای ارتقاء قصد کارآفرینی در دانش‏آموزان متوسطه دوم پیشنهاد می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of the present study was to investigate mediating role of spiritual intelligence in relationship between career path adaptability with entrepreneurial intention in secondary school students. Method: This was descriptive-correlation research. The statistical population of the study was secondary school students who of Qom city in year academic 2023-2024. The sample size was selected based on Klein's model (2023) and with multistage random cluster sampling of 500 studtns. Data collection tools include the self-report entrepreneurship intention questionnaire (EIQ) of Linan and Chen (2009), career adapt-abilities scale (SAAS) of Savickas and Porfeli (2012) and spiritual intelligence self-report inventory (SISRI-24) of King (2008). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and structural equations modeling. Findings: The results showed direct effect of career path adaptability (β= 0.64 and sig=0.001) on entrepreneurial intention are significant. The results also showed that spiritual intelligence has a significant mediating role in the relationship between career path adaptability (β = 0.68 and sig = 0.001) with entrepreneurial intention. Also, the final research model had a good fit (RMSEA=0.06, SRMR=0.03, p<0.05) and 73% of the variance of entrepreneurial intention is explained. Conclusion: According to the findings of this research and the role of career path adaptability and spiritual intelligence in entrepreneurial intention in students, it is suggested that the results of this study be used to increase entrepreneurial intention in secondary school students
