Aim: The present study aims to offer a structural relationship pattern based on competence management and positive organizational behavior in therapy and teaching centers in Kermanshah city. Methods: The method of this study is developmental and practical in terms of objectives. The data collection method is mixed (quantitative-qualitative) in a sequential exploratory study conducted in three main phases. In addition, purposive sampling was used in this phase, and the sample size was 12. The third phase of the study involves implementing 342 researcher-made questionnaires containing the dimensions of management competencies based on the qualitative phase and the enforcement of the positive organizational behavior questionnaire. Pearson's correlation coefficient, one-sample T-test, and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. Levels one and two were analyzed using the 11th version of MaxQDA software. Results: The results of the study showed that competency management, consisting of job-enhancing competencies (including five sub-elements: Leadership competencies, Communication competencies, Development competencies, Teamwork competencies, and Knowledge competencies) and Balance competencies (including five sub-elements: Attitudinal competencies, Personal competencies, Control competencies, and General competencies), has a significant relationship with positive organizational behavior. Conclusion: The results of the path analysis show that competence management, promoter competencies, and balance competencies influence positive organizational behavior and its dimensions, including self-efficacy, hope, resilience, and optimism.
