Abstract

The purpose of the present study was designing and testing a model of important antecedents and outcomes harmonius passion at work in employees of the social security organization of Ahwaz city. The sample consisted of 230 employees who were selected by simple random sampling method. After removing Perth data, 170 questionnaires were analyzed. The research instruments or Questionnaire were clan culture, proactive personality, learning goal orientation, harmonious passion at work, emotional commitment, flow, work-family conflict and emotional exhaustion. The proposed model was evaluated through structural equation modeling (SEM). Finding indicated that the proposed model fit the data property. The path coefficients showed that the variables of proactive personality, clan culture, and learning goal orientation have a meaningful direct effect on the harmonious passion at work, and harmonious passion at work have a meaningful direct effect on the variables of emotional commitment, flow at work, emotional exhaustion, and work-family conflict. Also, Finding indicated that harmonious passion at work mediated the relations between clan culture, proactive personality, and learning goal orientation with emotional commitment, flow at work, emotional exhaustion, and work-family conflict.
