Code of Ethics

All those involved in the Quarterly Journal of Career and Organizational Counseling, including writers, judges, editorial staff, and officials, are required to adhere to the journal's ethical charter and will make every effort to meet these standards.

Observance of Intellectual Property Rights: Efforts will be made to provide all the intellectual property rights of the authors by providing accurate details and to prevent the publication of the contents of this journal by others. Also, in no way will the pre-publication articles in the journal be made available to others, and only the editors of the journal will have access to the submitted journals.

Professional and fair refereeing: Decisions about the scientific validity of articles at any stage without mentioning the author's name are referred to the expert referee or referees.

Preservation of masculinity: The profiles of the authors are always kept confidential before publication and the profiles of the judges, and until that time, no one other than the editors of the journal will have access to the mentioned specifications and the article file.
