Abstract

This research investigates the educational need of humanities postgraduate students in scope of labor market employability competencies with EntrepreneurshipApproach The method used in the research is based on exploratory mixed methods design. according to Morgan's table 331 of the students were pinpointed as the research sample. The tools used to get data are; interviewing with the industrial managers of Esfahan province and a questionnaire prepared by the researcher which is based on the market employability skills of the province which are delivered to the students and the alpha coefficient equal .83 is obtained. Data collected analyze with ANOVA, one sample T test and bonferroni post hoc test by the use of the SPSS software (version 17). Due to the results of the research, the students of the University of and Azad university of Khorasgan from view point of the Entrepreneurship skill as one of the labor market expected employability competencies has been meaningful relationship with default group. Although the results show that the gender and type of university have no influence on the amount of the Entrepreneurship skill but major and Degree have no influence on the amount of the Entrepreneurship skill the of the students.
