Designing an assessment model for the alignment of human resource training strategies with information technology goals in state banks (case study: Agricultural Bank)

Abstract

Purpose: The importance of paying attention to the alignment of human resources training strategies with the goals of information technology and the lack of a model for this purpose formed the formulation and explanation of this model in the Bank of Agriculture.

Method: This is a basic and applied research in which a mixed exploratory method was used. The research was conducted in two phases. In the first phase, the assessment pattern of the alignment of human resources training strategies with technology was calculated, and in the second phase, the state of applying the strategies in the central offices of the Agricultural Bank was measured. In the first phase, a structured interview tool was used, and in the second phase, a survey strategy and a researcher-made questionnaire tool were used. In the first phase, the statistical population included the senior managers of state banks and in the second phase, it included the personnel of the central offices of the Agricultural Bank. In the first phase, the statistical sample was carried out through the purposeful sampling method, and continued until theoretical saturation was reached. In the second phase, the data were analyzed using the open coding method and binomial test with the help of SPSS software.

Findings: The strategies for aligning human resources training with information technology goals in state banks include: Delphi technique, error analysis technique, important event technique, face-to-face, offline, offline, online and teacher-apprentice trainings, evaluation of reaction, learning, behavior and Results.
