Abstract
Introduction: The present study aimed to compare the sense of coherence and marital conflict styles of employed and housewives. Method: In order to conduct a causal-comparative study, sampling was used for selection of employed married and home-based sample from available language schools of Tehran district 2. Data were gathered using the Sense of Consistency Questionnaire (Antonovsky, 1993) and the Conflict Resolution Style Questionnaire (Rahim (ROCI-II), 1983). Descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and independent t-test were used. Results: The results showed that there was no significant difference between working women and the rest of the society.
