The statistical population included all education workers (teachers, administrators, administrative workers, etc.) of Dehdasht city in 2024, from which 300 people were selected by random cluster sampling. Also, the atmosphere of creativity with the mediation of employees' creativity (0.136) had a positive and significant effect on innovative orientation (P<0.01).
