The aim of this study is evaluation and typology the organizational culture and its impact on Employees' organizational health. The statistical population of this research is all employees of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, Because of the great and difficult access to all members of the community, classify random sampling is done. To determine the sample size, 260 employees were selected by referring to the Morgan sampling table. Data collection is done through valid and reliable questionnaires in two parts of organizational culture and organizational health. The results of data analysis showed that the university has a moderate status in terms of organizational culture and organizational health. Also, the results confirmed the positive and significant impact of organizational culture on organizational health. Of course, among the dimensions of organizational culture, the effect of involvement and adaptability on organizational health were confirmed to be relatively strong, Therefore, but the effect of two other components (compatibility and mission) on organizational health was not significantly confirmed. Among the dimensions of organizational culture, participation and adaptability were more than other dimensions. In this way, the organizational culture of the university can be regarded as cooperative and adaptive culture.
