بررسی تاثیر مالکیت روان‌شناختی بر عملکرد شغلی کارکنان صنعت هوانوردی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی مالکیت روان‌شناختی بر عملکرد شغلی است. پژوهش پیش رو از دید هدف کاربردی است؛ از نظر ماهیت و روش، پژوهشی توصیفی- پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی به‌شمار می‌رود؛ هم‌چنین از جنبة زمانی، مقطعی و از نگاه نوع داده‌ها، پژوهشی کمی به‌شمار می‌رود. جامعه آماری پژوهش تعداد 460 نفر از کارکنان یکی فرودگاه‌های آموزش خلبانی بودند که با استفاده از جدول مورگان و به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده تعداد 210 نفر انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش برای سنجش مالکیت روان‌نشناختی از پرسش‌نامة مالکیت روان‌شناختی ون‌داین و پیرس(2004) و در بخش عملکرد شغلی از پرسش‌نامه‌ای عملکرد شغلی پاترسون(1970) استفاده گردید. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که مالکیت روان‌شناختی با عملکرد شغلی رابطه‌ای مثبت و معنادار داشته و ابعاد مختلف مالکیت روان‌شناختی توانایی پیش‌بینی عملکرد شغلی کارکنان را دارد. بنابراین، با ایجاد احساس دلبستگی در کارکنان در جهت هم‌سو ساختن اهداف فردی با اهداف سازمانی و نهادینه ساختن حس مالکیت و تعلق، آگاهی فردی، اندیشه‌ها، آرا و عقاید و باورهای کارکنان به اهداف سازمانی می‌توان سطح عملکردی  کارکنان را تقویت نمود.

Investigation of Effect of psychological ownership on employee job performance among aviation industry personnel

چکیده [English]

Psychological ownership means attachment between the individual and the aim is to understand the impact of their behavior. The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychological ownership on job performance. The aim of the present study is an applied perspective, the nature and methods, descriptive and correlational research focuses also on the time dimension, and the cross-sectional view of the types of data, quantitative research is considered. Statistical population consists of 460 employees of flight training airport that in accordance Morgan table 210 were selected by simple random sampling. In this research for measuring Psychological ownership Van dyne and Pearce (2004) questionnaire and for Job performance Paterson (1970) questionnaire have been used. The results showed that psychological ownership has a positive and significant relationship with job performance and dimensions of psychological ownership is the ability to predict job performance. Therefore, to create a sense of attachment to the staff for aligning individual goals with organizational goals and institutionalize the sense of ownership and belonging, self-consciousness, thoughts, ideas, opinions and beliefs of employees to organizational goals can be used to enhance the performance.
