پیش‌بینی عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان با استفاده از خودکارآمدی تصمیم‌گیری مسیر شغلی، انطباق‌پذیری مسیر شغلی و سلامت خواب

چکیده

هدف:هدف پژوهش حاضر پیش‌بینی عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان با استفاده از خودکارآمدی تصمیم‌گیری شغلی، انطباق‌پذیری مسیر شغلی و سلامت خواب بود. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی بود که در آن 320 نفر از دانشجویان استان تهران بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و توسط مقیاس انطباق‌پذیری مسیر شغلی؛ پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی تصمیم‌گیری مسیر شغلی، پرسشنامه سلامت خواب و سنجه عمکلرد تحصیلی مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل همبستگی پیرسون و روش رگرسیون همزمان مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد بین سلامت خواب، خودکارآمدی تصمیم‌گیری مسیر شغلی و انطباق‌پذیری شغلی با عملکرد تحصیلی رابطه مثبت ومعناداری وجود دارد و متغیر‌های مستقل می‌توانند در یک مدل رگرسیونی تغیرات متغیر عملکرد تحصیلی را پیش بینی کنند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های به دست آمده می‌توان گفت سلامت خواب در بهبود عملکرد تحصیلی؛ خودکارآمدی تصمیم‌گیری مسیر شغلی در دورنمای شغلی؛ و انطباق‌پذیری مسیر شغلی در پیشبرد عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان نقش کلیدی دارند.

Aim: This study aimed to predict the academic performance of college students based on self-efficacy in career decisions, career adaptability, and sleep health. Methods: the research methmethods werecriptive survey and correlational. 320 students in Tehran were selected through a random sampling method, and they responded Career Adapt-Abilities Scale, Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale, Sleep Health Scale, and Academic Performance Rating Scale. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis and simultaneous regression method. Result: The results showed a significant and positive relationship between sleep health, self-efficacy in occupational decisions, occupational adjustment skills, and academic performance evaluation. The independent variables can predict academic performance changes in the regression model. Conclusion: According to the results, healthy sleep, self-efficacy in career decisions, and career adaptability play important roles in improving academic performance, career prospects, and promoting academic performance.
