The purpose of this research was to predict deviant behaviors directed to organization and colleagues based on locus of control and perception of job stress. The design of the study was descriptive-correlational and the sample was all the employees of Education Organization of Tehran in summer 2016. The instruments were as follow: Locus of Control Questionnaire (Rotter, 1966), Job Stress (Spector and Jex, 1998) and Deviant Behavior Questionnaire directed to organization and colleagues (Bennett and Robinson, 2000). Data were analyzed step by step using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that there was a significant positive relationship between locus of control and deviant behaviors (organization and colleagues) (p ≤0.01) and perception of job stress and deviant behaviors (organization and colleagues) (p ≤0.01). Moreover, the results of stepwise multiple regression revealed that perception of job stress and locus of control could predict variance of deviant behaviors (organization and colleagues) up to 6.7% (p ≤0.01 & f=11.956). Based on the obtained results it can be concluded that employing people with internal locus of control will decrease deviant behaviors (directed to organization and colleagues).
