In all organizations, such as educational organizations, the most important sourcefor effectiveness organizational is managers. Thus, Purpose this study was predicting schools principals, effectiveness based on Cameron and Quinn competency model. This study is a descriptive- correlation and 347 primary schools principals in Zahedan were selected by Simple Random Sampling model. For collecting data, management skills assessment instrument (Cameron and Quinn, 2007) and schools principals, effectiveness (Alagheband, 1992) questionnaires were used. The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and regression analysis through Spss21 software. The finding showed that all components of competency management have positive and significant relationship with schools principals, effectiveness. Multiple regression findings showed that components of development of others, energizing employees, control system, interpersonal relationships, continuous improvement, customer service, managing teams, and acculturation can explain and predict schools principals, effectiveness. According to the findings, design and operational effectiveness of the standards school principals based on the competency of management this study is necessary.
