Considering continuous development of information technology and job challenges in working groups, traditional boundaries of job and life have been vanished and work-family conflict has become more important than ever. This study examines the effect of some group dynamics variables on work-family conflict and also the conflict impact on job burnout and turnover intention has been evaluated. This study is practical, in terms of objectives and the method of data collection is descriptive-casual one. The population is approximately 1,300 employees, working for Ahwaz Water and Wastewater Company and using Cochran's formula the sample attained at least 296. Data measurement instrument is a questionnaire which its content validity confirmed by experts. Reliability was measured through Cronbach's alpha (α=0.90). The sampling method was random. The hypnoses were tested by coefficient quotient (SPSS 21) and structural equation modeling through AMOS. The results showed that the group dynamics have significant effect on work-family conflict and this conflict has an impact on job burnout and turnover intention. Moreover mediating effect of work-family conflict was confirmed.
