بررسی رابطه بین حس انسجام و ذهن آگاهی با رضایت شغلی: نقش میانجی هوش هیجانی

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه بین حس انسجام و ذهن آگاهی با رضایت شغلی در ماماهای بیمارستانهای میاندوآب با نقش میانجی هوش هیجانی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی ماماهای شهر میاندوآب در بیمارستان امام خمینی و بیمارستان شهید عباسی به تعداد 418 نفر بودند که از طریق فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده تعداد 200 نفر از این افراد به عنوان نمونه پژوهشی انتخاب گردیدند. پرسشنامه هایی که در پژوهش حاضر مورد استفاده قرار گرفت، شامل: هوش هیجانی (پیترایدز و فارنهام، 2000)، حس انسجام (آنتونوسکی، 1987)، ذهن آگاهی (بائر و همکاران، 2006) و رضایت شغلی (لوتانز، 1969) بود. در پژوهش حاضر برای تجزیه و تحلیل فرضیه ها و بررسی روابط بین متغیرها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج یافته ها نشان داد  بین حس انسجام با رضایت شغلی (577/0 =r ، 01/0 >p)، بین ذهن آگاهی با رضایت شغلی (624/0 =r ، 01/0 >p) و بین هوش هیجانی با رضایت شغلی (774/0 =r ، 01/0 >p) همبستگی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین بین حس انسجام  و ذهن آگاهی با رضایت شغلی با نقش میانجی هوش هیجانی رابطه وجود دارد (01/0 >p).

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between Sense of Consistency and mindfulness with job satisfaction in midwives of Miandoab hospitals with the role of mediator of emotional intelligence. The present research is based on the purpose of the applied type and based on the data collection method, descriptive research is a correlation type. The statistical population of the study consisted of all midwives in Miandoab city in Imam Khomeini Hospital and Shahid Abbasi Hospital with 418 people. Using Cochran formula and simple random sampling method, 200 these individuals were selected as research samples. The questionnaires used in this study included emotional intelligence (Pterride and Farnham, 2000), sense of coherence (Antonowski, 1987), mindfulness (Baer et al., 2006) and job satisfaction (Lutans, 1969). In the present study, for the analysis of hypotheses and examine relationships between variables, the Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling approach is used.
