The researchers are to identify the impact of various elements which influence the personnel satisfaction and focus on the most important factors. Job satisfaction is one of the most important elements which can increase the proficiency, motivation and positive attitude of the employees regarding their jobs and this important factor can lead to the fidelity and permanence of organizations' personnel. Considering these matters, determining the factors which increase the personnel satisfaction is of special importance so in this paper the researcher studies the impact of different rewards on the personnel satisfaction of Tourism Bank. In quantitative section of this study, unity research method is used; Structural Equations Design. The personnel of Tourism Bank of Iran consist the statistical society, simple random sampling is utilized as the sampling method and for determining the sample size of the present study, the researcher relies on Cochran Formula. From 1207 persons of statistical society, 292 persons are chosen as study samples. For data collecting tools the researcher uses the questionnaire of the types of rewards Hellriegel et al. (1995) to evaluate the impact of the reward types on the personnel satisfactions. The professionals authenticate the validity of these questionnaires and the permanence of the questionnaires is calculated 0/939 by utilizing Cronbach's Alpha. Analyzing the research data shows that financial, complementary, social/interpersonal, job, autonomy rewards and job design can increase the job satisfaction in the employees so there is a close relationship between these rewards and personnel satisfaction. Among the mentioned rewards, social/interpersonal rewards are of the most impact on job satisfaction of the personnel.
