بررسی تاثیر قابلیت احساسی سازمان بر یادگیری سازمانی مطالعه موردی: اتاق بازرگانی، صنایع، معادن و کشاورزی ایران

چکیده

در سال­های اخیر، نقش احساسات در سازمان به­عنوان یک عامل تاثیر­گذار بر رفتارهای سازمانی مورد توجه پژوهشگران قرار گرفته و تاثیر آن بر متغیر­هایی چون نوآوری سازمانی، عملکرد سازمانی و پویایی­های گروه بررسی شده است. در این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر وضعیت احساسی سازمان بر یادگیری سازمانی، از الگوی قابلیت احساسی سازمان متشکل از شش مولفه پویایی احساسی "ترغیب"، "آزادی"، "تجربه"، "سازگاری"، "نشاط" و "شناسایی هویت" و هم­چنین الگوی یادگیری سازمانی شامل چهار مولفه؛ "کسب دانش"، "توزیع دانش"، "تفسیر دانش" و "ذخیره دانش" استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کارکنان اتاق بازرگانی، صنایع، معادن و کشاورزی ایران بودند. پس از بررسی روایی سازه­ها با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی مرتبه اول و دوم، تاثیر قابلیت احساسی و پویایی­های آن بر یادگیری سازمانی با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل رگرسیون مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج آزمون­ها نشان می­دهد که مدل مفهومی از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است و سازه قابلیت احساسی بر یادگیری سازمانی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. علاوه بر آن ارتباط متقابل پویایی­های احساسی با یکدیگر و تاثیرشان بر یادگیری سازمانی تایید شده است.
