It was an applied research based on its aim and its method was descriptive and correlation. Statistical population involved all primary school teachers of Kerman (1600 teachers: 1200 females and 400 males). According to Cochran formula, 310 teachers (232 females and 78 males) were selected by stratified random sampling method. Questionnaires of social undermining (Duffy et al., 2002), work-family conflict (Carlson et al., 2000) and Maslach's Emotional Exhaustion (1985) were used to collect data. Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used to analyze the data. The findings indicated that there was a significant and positive correlation between social undermining, the coworker undermining and supervisor undermining with emotional exhaustion in teachers (P≤ .05). Also, there was a significant and positive correlation between work-family conflict and family-work conflict with emotional exhaustion in teachers (P≤ .05). In addition, social undermining and work-family conflict have been able to predict 56.6% of the variance of emotional exhaustion of teachers (R2 = 0.566). According to the results of the research, it can be concluded that teachers who have less social undermining and work-family conflict have lower levels of emotional exhaustion.}, keywords = {social undermining,work-family conflict,emotional exhaustion,elementary school teachers}, title_fa = {بررسی رابطه بین سایش ‌اجتماعی و تعارض کار- خانواده با فرسودگی عاطفی معلمان ابتدایی کرمان}, abstract_fa = {هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه بین سایش اجتماعی و تعارض کار- خانواده با فرسودگی عاطفی معلمان ابتدایی کرمان بود. پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان دوره ابتدایی شهر کرمان به تعداد 1600 نفر (1200 زن و 400 مرد) بود. حجم مطلوب نمونه با توجه به فرمول کوکران 310 نفر بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای 232 زن و 78 مرد به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های سایش ‌اجتماعی دافی و همکاران (2002)، تعارض کار- خانواده کارلسون و همکاران (2000) و فرسودگی عاطفی مسلچ (1985) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین سایش اجتماعی، سایش همکار و سایش سرپرست با فرسودگی عاطفی معلمان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (05/0≥P). همچنین، بین تعارض کار- خانواده و تعارض خانواده- کار با فرسودگی عاطفی معلمان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (05/0≥P). علاوه ‌بر این، سایش اجتماعی و تعارض کار- خانواده در مجموع قادرند 6/56 درصد از تغییرات فرسودگی عاطفی معلمان دوره ابتدایی را به‌طور معنی‌داری پیش‌بینی کنند (566/0R2=). با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می‌توان بیان کرد معلمانی که سایش اجتماعی و تعارض کار- خانواده در آنها کم‌تر است، از سطح فرسودگی عاطفی پایین‌تری برخوردارند.}, keywords_fa = {سایش ‌اجتماعی,تعارض کار- خانواده,فرسودگی عاطفی,معلمان مدارس ابتدایی}, url = {https://jcoc.sbu.ac.ir/article_99977.html}, eprint = {https://jcoc.sbu.ac.ir/article_99977_a6d32b5bb50fb6845f1914e23740e5cf.pdf} }
