بررسی رابطه رهبری هوشمند و بهداشت روانی دبیران با تعدیل‌گری مدیریت استرس شغلی در مدارس متوسطه دوم شهر خرم‌آباد

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین رابطه بین رهبری هوشمند (هوش فرهنگی، هوش عاطفی، هوش اجتماعی، هوش معنوی، هوش سازمانی) و بهداشت روانی دبیران مدارس با تعدیل‌گری مدیریت استرس شغلی (شیوه­‌های سازگاری متمرکز بر مسأله، شیوه­های سازگاری متمرکز بر هیجان و حمایت اجتماعی) است. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل تعداد 302 نفر از دبیران مدارس متوسطه دوم شهرخرم‌آباد بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای نسبی انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه­گیری عبارت از سه فرم پرسشنامه رهبری هوشمند، پرسشنامه سلامت روانی کامئو (1992) و پرسشنامه مدیریت استرس شغلی بود. به­منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که رهبری هوشمند با سلامت روانی دبیران مدارس رابطه معنی­داری دارد؛ این رابطه به­ویژه هنگامی­که متغیر تعدیل­گر مدیرت استرس شغلی وارد معادله می­شد از استحکام بیشتری برخوردار بود. به­عبارت دیگر هنگامی­که استرس شغلی مدیریت می­شد؛ رابطه رهبری هوشمند با سلامت روانی دبیران افزایش بیشتری می­یافت.
