رابطه سبک رهبری خدمتگزار و یادگیری سازمانی با اشتیاق شغلی معلمان مدارس استثنایی

چکیده

مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه رهبری خدمتگزار و یادگیری سازمانی با اشتیاق شغلی معلمان مدارس استثنایی انجام گرفت. این مطالعه همبستگی (از نوع رگرسیون) بوده که به شیوه نمونه گیری طبقه ای- تصادفی تعداد140 نفر از  معلمان مدارس استثنایی شهر زاهدان از طریق سه پرسشنامه رهبری خدمتگزار (قلی پور و حضرتی، 1388)، یادگیری سازمانی (چیوا و دیگران، 2007) و اشتیاق شغلی (سالانوا و شوفلی، 2004) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با استفاده از نرم افزار  SPSS17استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد هم رهبری خدمتگزار و هم یادگیری سازمانی با اشتیاق شغلی معلمان مدارس استثنایی رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارند. هم چنین نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که مولفه های خدمت رسانی، تواضع و فروتنی و مهرورزی (از مولفه های سبک رهبری خدمتگزار) و مولفه های تجربه اندوزی، گفت و گو و تصمیم گیری مشارکتی (از مولفه های یادگیری سازمانی)  قابلیت پیش بینی اشتیاق شغلی معلمان مدارس استثنایی را دارند. بنابراین به منظور افزایش اشتیاق شغلی معلمان مدارس استثنایی کاربست سبک رهبری خدمتگزار و نهادینه کردن فرهنگ یادگیری سازمانی در مدارس استثنایی پیشنهاد می گردد.

The Relationship between Servant Leadership Style and Organizational Learning with Teachers’ Job Engagement in Zahedan Exceptional Schools

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between servant leadership style and organizational learning with teachers’ job engagement in Zahedan exceptional schools in Zahedan. This is a descriptive – correlation study, by random sampling, 140 questionnaires among exceptional schools teachers was distributed. The study instruments included servant leadership (Gholipur & Hazrati, 2009), organizational learning (Chiva et al., 2007), job engagement (Salanova & Schaufeli, 2004) questionnaires’. The data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation coefficient and multiple regression by Software SPSS21. Result showed there were significant positive correlations between servant leadership style and organizational learning with teachers’ job engagement. Multiple regression results showed that service, humility and agapao love (dimensions of servant leadership), gain experience interview, participatory decision making (dimensions of organizational learning) can explain and predict teachers’ job engagement in exceptional schools. Therefore, to enhance teachers’ job engagement using servant leadership style and development of organizational learning in special schools is recommended.
