Thus, the purpose of the study is to compare people with obsessive-compulsive disorder and normal people regarding their career development, career decision-making, and career identity. The research method was causal-comparative, and the study population included all the students of the University of Isfahan in the academic year 2015-2016. The sample was selected by random time sampling from the University of Isfahan students who had visited the counseling center. Then, the subjects were assessed by the Yale-Brown obsessive-compulsive scale, and we diagnosed 85 with obsessive-compulsive disorder, and 50 others were normal. The students in the sample responded to Career Development Inventory-Australia (Creed & Patton, 2004), My Vocational Situation Inventory (Holland et al., 1980), Career Indecision (Osipow et al., 1976), and Career Self-awareness (Kermani, 2011). The results showed that there were significant differences between the two groups, namely people with obsessive-compulsive disorder and normal people, regarding the variables of planning, discovery, self-awareness, and indecision (p<0.001) and the variable of decision-making (p<0.05). But the difference between the two groups regarding the career identity variable was insignificant. Obsessive-compulsive disorder plays a significant role in career development and career decision-making. Differential analysis showed that the research variables explain approximately 50% of the group membership variance. Therefore, focusing on these variables in job counseling for obsessive individuals is very important.}, keywords = {career development,career decision-making,Career identity}, title_fa = {نقش وسواس در رشد مسیر شغلی، تصمیم‌گیری شغلی و هویت شغلی دانشجویان}, abstract_fa = {اختلال وسواس فکری- عملی یکی از انواع اختلالات روان رنجور است که در گروه اختلالات اضطرابی قرار میگیرد، به گونهای که انتظار میرود رشد مسیر شغلی را در افراد تحت تأثیر قرار دهد از این رو هدف در این پژوهش، مقایسه افراد مبتلا به وسواس فکری- عملی و عادی در رشد مسیر شغلی، تصمیمگیری و هویت شغلی بود. روش پژوهش علی- مقایسه ای و جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 96-1395بوده است. بدین منظور به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی زمانی از بین دانشجویان دانشگاه اصفهان که به مرکز مشاوره مراجعه نمودهاند با استفاده از آزمون تشخیص وسواس یلبراون مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته و تعداد 85 نفر دارای اختلال وسواس فکری-عملی و 50 عادی تشخیص داده شده‌اند. افراد نمونه به پرسشنامههای رشد مسیر شغلی فرم کوتاه ویرایش استرالیا(کرید و پاتون، 2004)، موقعیت شغلی من(هالند و همکاران، 1980)، بیتصمیمی شغلی(اوسیپو و همکاران، 1976) خودآگاهی مسیر شغلی( کرمانی، 1390) پاسخ دادند. نتایج نشان داد، دو گروه هم افراد مبتلا به وسواس فکری- عملی و عادی در متغیرهای طرحریزی، کشف، خودآگاهی و بی تصمیمی(001/0>p) و متغیر تصمیم‌گیری (05/0>p) تفاوت معنی دار داشتند. اما تفاوت دو گروه در متغیر هویت شغلی غیر معنی دار بود. اختلال وسواس در رشد مسیر شغلی و تصمیمگیری شغلی نقش معنیداری دارد. هم چنین نتایج تحلیل تمایزات نشان داد که در حدود 50 درصد از واریانس عضویت گروهی توسط متغیرهای پژوهش تبیین می‌شود. لذا به نظر میرسد توجه به این متغیرها در فرایند مشاوره شغلی به افراد وسواسی نقش مهمی دارد.}, keywords_fa = {رشد مسیر شغلی,تصمیم‌گیری شغلی,هویت شغلی,وسواس فکری- عملی}, url = {https://jcoc.sbu.ac.ir/article_100620.html}, eprint = {https://jcoc.sbu.ac.ir/article_100620_a8d24c1d266956a934c1e9ff40f1e7ef.pdf} }
