The purpose of the study is the effect of work values on the protean and boundary less career orientations.  The research method was descriptive, survey and applied. [English]

Increasing competition and shortening the product life cycle has exacerbated the atmosphere of innovation and learning. This phenomenon has led to a shift in the value of human capital and the abandonment of traditional and organizational career paths and the emergence of new and personalized career paths, as diverse as without borders. The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of working values on the diverse and unlimited boundary paths. The statistical population of this research consisted of all engineers with a fixed-term contract with a system of contributors whose volume was 950 people, using the Morgan table, 274 of them were selected as samples. The research method was descriptive, survey, and applied. For collecting data, questionnaire of Super Questionnaire (1991) was used to measure the variables of work values, McChrystal's (1997) questionnaire for assessing worker's personality and to measure job orientation from the Bricks questionnaire. Et al. (2006). Structural modeling and PLS software were used to analyze and test the research hypotheses. The results of the structural equation modeling show that the value of human capital works both directly and through the mediating variable of the personality of work on the diversification of the various business paths without boundaries.
