بررسی نقش میانجی اکتشاف مسیر شغلی در رابطه هوش هیجانی و یقین مسیر شغلی در دانش آموزان کلاس نهم

چکیده

انتخاب شغل یکی از مهم‌ترین تصمیمات هر فردی می‌باشد، از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجی‌گر اکتشاف مسیر شغلی در رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و یقین مسیر شغلی دانش‌آموزان پایه نهم بود. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده روش همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری عبارت بود از تمامی دانش‌آموزان پایه نهم شهر مشهد در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 که از این جامعه تعداد 352 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند و به سه پرسشنامه 1. سیاهه هوش هیجانی (بار-آن، 2006)، 2. مقیاس اکتشاف مسیر شغلی (هیرسچی، 2010) و 3. مقیاس یقین مسیر شغلی (دور وتریسی، 2009) پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از الگویابی معادلات ساختاری و با کمک نرم افزار AMOS  نسخه 22 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد رابطه بین هوش هیجانی با یقین مسیر شغلی، هوش هیجانی با اکتشاف مسیر شغلی و اکتشاف مسیر شغلی با یقین مسیر شغلی معنی‌دار است. همچنین نتایج، نقش میانجی‌گر اکتشاف مسیر شغلی در رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و یقین مسیر شغلی را تأیید کرد. بنابراین، با توجه به نتایج پژوهش پیشنهاد می‌شود که مسئولان و مشاوران مدارس عوامل اثرگذار بر یقین مسیر شغلی دانش‌آموزان را مد نظر قرار دهند.

Given the importance of selecting a job for everyone, the purpose of the present study was to investigate the mediating role of the career exploration in the relationship between emotional intelligence and career certainty of the 9th grade students. The research method used was correlation. The statistical population consisted of all 9th grade students of Mashhad city in the academic year of 2017-2018 and 352 students were selected by multi-stage random cluster sampling. They were responded three questionnaires: 1. Emotional Intelligence Checklist (Bar-On, 2006), 2. Career Exploration Scale (Hirschi, 2010) and 3. Career Certainty Scale (Durr & Tracey, 2009). For data analysis, structural equation modeling with AMOS software version 22 was used. Results showed that the relationship between emotional intelligence with career certainty, emotional intelligence with career exploration and career exploration with career certainty are significant. The results also confirmed the mediating role of the career exploration in the relationship between emotional intelligence and career certainty. So, according to the results of the study, it is suggested that school officials and counselors consider the factors affecting the career certainty of the student's.
