It seems that managers of organizations can, by directing their leadership style towards this, effect on shifting and leaving employees. The new issue addressed in leadership discussions is the concept of health- promoting leadership. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between health- promoting leadership and employee intent to stay. This research is applied and in terms of data collection, descriptive and correlation type, and is specifically based on path analysis. The statistical population of this research includes all staff of the provincial headquarters of South Khorasan Electric Power Distribution Company, which was ranked 90 personnel according to the company's internal statistics. Sampling was done by simple random sampling. Morgan sampling table was used to estimate the sample size. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. For this purpose, a questionnaire used by Jimenez et al. (2016) was used to measure the health promoting leadership variable, and Hunt, Osborn and Martin (1981) questionnaires were used to measure the intention to stay. The results of the research hypothesis test indicate that the main hypothesis of the research on the impact of health- promoting leadership on worker's intention to stay was confirmed. Among the seven components of health- promoting leadership, only how employees control effected on their intention to stay and the impact of other health -promoting leadership components on employees’ intention to stay was not meaningful.}, keywords = {leadership style,employees’ turnover,health- promoting leadership,employees’ health}, title_fa = {مطالعه و تحلیل تاثیر رهبری ارتقا دهنده‏ی سلامت بر قصد ماندن کارکنان}, abstract_fa = {سلامت جسم و روان کارکنان از موضوع‏های مهم و در عین حال قدری مغفول مانده در سازمان‏های عصر حاضر است که به نظر می‏رسد مدیران سازمان‏ها می‏توانند با هدایت سبک رهبری خود به این سمت بر جابه‏جایی‏ها و ترک خدمت کارکنان تاثیرگذار باشند. مقوله جدیدی که در این زمینه در مباحث رهبری مطرح شده است مفهوم رهبری ارتقادهنده‏ی سلامت می‏باشد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف مطالعه‏ی ارتباط رهبری ارتقا دهنده‏ی سلامت با قصد ماندن کارکنان انجام شد. این پژوهش از جهت هدف، کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده‏ها، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است و به‏طور مشخص مبتنی بر تحلیل مسیر است. جامعه‏ی آماری این پژوهش، کلیه‏ی کارکنان ستاد استانی شرکت توزیع نیروی برق استان خراسان جنوبی را دربرمی‏گیرد که بر اساس آمارهای داخلی این شرکت، برابر 90 نفر مشخص شد. نمونه‏گیری به روش تصادفی ساده انجام گرفت؛ برای برآورد حجم نمونه از جدول نمونه‏گیری مورگان استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‏های این پژوهش، پرسش‏نامـه است. بدین منظور، برای سنجش متغیر رهبری ارتقادهنده‏ی سلامت از پرسشنامه‏ی به‏کارگرفته شده در تحقیق جیمنز و همکاران (2016) و برای سنجش قصـد ماندن از پرسشنامه‏ی هانت، آسبرن و مارتین (1981) استفاده شده است. نتایج آزمون فرضیه‏های تحقیق بیانگر این است که فرضیه اصلی پژوهش مبنی بر تاثیرگذاری رهبری ارتقا دهنده‏ی سلامت بر قصد ماندن کارکنان تایید گردید و در بین مولفه‏های هفت‏گانه رهبری ارتقا دهنده‏ی سلامت فقط نحوه کنترل کارکنان بر قصد ماندن آنها اثر داشت و اثر گذاری سایر مولفه‏های رهبری ارتقادهنده سلامت بر قصد ماندن کارکنان معنادار نبود.}, keywords_fa = {سبک رهبری,جابه‏جایی کارکنان,رهبری ارتقادهنده‏ی سلامت,سلامت کارکنان}, url = {https://jcoc.sbu.ac.ir/article_99989.html}, eprint = {https://jcoc.sbu.ac.ir/article_99989_3f45b8b8f1f3015c7d6c6e8ce15e3811.pdf} }
