Aim: A systematic review of research shows that workplace bullying has become a significant problem, particularly among the police. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the structural equation model of workplace bullying among the employees of the Police Department of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Methods: The present study was a descriptive study with a structural equation model. The current study population consisted of the employees of the Police Headquarters of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The present study sample included 290 employees of the police headquarters who were selected by the random sampling method. All of them completed the questionnaires. The data were then tested by Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling using SPSSV19 and LISRELV8.80 software. Results: The results showed that the conceptual model of workplace bullying in the police department had a good fit. The relationships between the variables were also favorable. Conclusion: Finally, the results of this study indicate an appropriate model of workplace bullying in the police department, and it is recommended that employees, supervisors, managers, and other experts in the field of law enforcement know and use this model to deal with workplace bullying.
