ویژگیهای ر وان‌سنجی مقیاس شجاعت اخلاقی حرفه‌ای و سنجش آن با توجه به ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی

چکیده

 این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اعتبار سازه و پایایی نسخه فارسی مقیاس شجاعت اخلاقی حرفه‌ای و سنجش آن با توجه به ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی (سطح تحصیلات، سابقه شغلی، جنس، وضعیت تأهل و سن) به مرحله اجرا درآمد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کارمندان شرکت مخابرات شهر اصفهان در سال 1390 تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده 141 نفر برای شرکت در این پژوهش انتخاب شدند و نسخه فارسی مقیاس شجاعت اخلاقی حرفه‌ای را تکمیل نمودند. نتیجه ساختار عاملی یا اعتبار سازه با استفاده از تحلیل مؤلفه‌های اصلی با چرخش واریماکس، پنج عامل بود. این عوامل عبارت بودند از: عامل اخلاقی، ارزش‌های متعدد، تحمل خطرات یا تهدیدها، فراتر رفتن از اطاعت و هدف اخلاقی. پایایی این مقیاس و پنج عامل آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ برآورد شد که همگی رضایت­بخش بودند. علاوه بر این، نتایج نشان داد که میانگین شجاعت اخلاقی حرفه‌ای کارمندان در سطح مطلوبی است و نتایج آزمون تی و تحلیل واریانس یک راهه نیز نشان داد که شجاعت اخلاقی حرفه‌ای و ابعاد آن با سطح تحصیلات، سابقه شغلی، جنس و وضعیت تأهل ارتباط معنی‌داری نداشته اما با سن ارتباط معنی‌داری دارد به­طوری که آزمون تعقیبی شفه نشان داد که در عامل فراتر رفتن از اطاعت، بین گروه‌های سنی 30- 20 و 60- 51 سال تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد.
