As a negative feeling, enviousness has not adequately been paid attention to. The purpose of this research was to identify and prioritize the effective factors (individual and organizational) on employee envy. This research is developed-applied in terms of purpose and categorized based on the nature and method of descriptive group. Also, based on the type of data, it can be considered as a case- survey one. The statistical population of this research is 10 academic and organizational experts with experience in human resources or education degree related to human resource management and organizational behavior. According to the literature and research background, 19 factors (personal and organizational) were identified as factors affecting employees' envy. Subsequently, using the multi-criteria decision making DEMATEL techniques, 14 factors were firstly accepted as the most important factors by using DEMATEL technique. In addition, ANP method was used to prioritize factors affecting the envy of employees accepted by DEMATEL method. The results showed that in individual dimension, negative social comparison in the first rank, conscious cognitive assessment of other’s better future in the second rank and awareness of other’s abilities were put in the third rank. Also in the organizational dimension, low level of fairness and justice in organization ranked first, performance evaluation ranked second and leader-member interaction ranked third.}, keywords = {envy,Employee’s Envy,Multi-criteria Decision Making Techniques}, title_fa = {تدوین مدل عوامل موثر بر حسادت کارکنان با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل و فرایند تحلیل شبکه ای}, abstract_fa = {حسادت کارکنان یکی از ساخت‌های معنادار در محیط کاری است که اثر قوی احساسی بر کارکنان دارد. حسادت از احساسات منفی است که کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش با هدف تدوین مدل عوامل موثر بر حسادت کارکنان صورت گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، توسعهای- کاربردی بوده و بر مبنای ماهیت و روش در گروه توصیفی دستهبندی میشود. همچنین بر مبنای نوع دادهها، میتوان آن را پیمایشی- موردی دانست. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 10 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و سازمانی می‌باشند که دارای سابقه فعالیت در حوزه منابع انسانی یا دارای تحصیلات مرتبط با رشته مدیریت منابع انسانی و رفتار سازمانی بوده اند. با توجه به بررسی مبانی نظری و پیشینه پژوهش، 19 عامل (9 عامل فردی و 10 عامل سازمانی) به عنوان عوامل موثر بر حسادت کارکنان شناسایی گردید. سپس به منظور غربال کردن عوامل شناسایی شده از تکنیک دیمتل استفاده گردید. به این منظور بعد از انجام محاسبات، میانگین تاثیر و تاثر عوامل محاسبه شد و عواملی که R+J آنها بیشتر از میانگین محاسبه شده، بودند (7 عامل فردی و 7 عامل سازمانی) مورد پذیرش قرار گرفته و در گام نهایی، به منظور اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر حسادت سازمانی پذیرش شده با تکنیک دیمتل، از روش فرآیند تحلیل شبکهای (ANP) استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که در بعد فردی، مقایسه اجتماعی منفی در رتبه اول، ارزیابی شناختی آگاهانه از آینده بهتر دیگران در رتبه دوم و آگاهی از توانایی‌های دیگران در رتبه سوم قرار گرفتند. همچنین در بعد سازمانی، سطح پایین انصاف و عدالت در سازمان در رتبه اول، ارزیابی عملکرد در رتبه دوم و تعامل رهبر- عضو در رتبه سوم قرار گرفتند. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده می توان بیان کرد که مدیران منابع انسانی در سازمان‌ها باید برای مواجه شدن با هرگونه احساس از سوی کارکنان (مثبت یا منفی) آمادگی داشته باشند و قدرت آنها در آنجا مشخص خواهد شد که بتوانند حسادت را به رقابت‌ و به عنوان یک عامل انگیزشی تبدیل کنند.}, keywords_fa = {حسادت,حسادت کارکنان,تکنیک‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره}, url = {https://jcoc.sbu.ac.ir/article_100089.html}, eprint = {https://jcoc.sbu.ac.ir/article_100089_53b54bdf11640919cc3d2ddd0e284d79.pdf} }
