This Study was conducted with the purpose of investigating the influence of the prophetic personality on the protean and borderless career path with the mediating role of goal orientation and trans-skills in knowledge-based companies in Lorestan province. This research was carried out in terms of purpose and descriptive- survey method of correlation type. The statistical research population of managers and administrative staff of knowledge-based companies active in the science and technology park of Lorestan province, whose number was 120 people in 2022, and the statistical sample size was determined using simple random sampling of 95 people. The main tools for data collection are Bateman and Current questionnaire (2013), protean career path Questionnaire and borderless career path Questionnaire by Brisco et al. (2006), goal orientation questionnaire by Vande Wale (1997) ,and the questionnairecreated by the Faramahart researcher was taken from the research of Luchab and Nas (2019) was used. The results of the research showed that personality predicts the protean and positive and borderless career path with the role of mediators of goal orientation and meta- skills at a significant level. Less than 0/05 has a significant relationship. According to the obtained results, it is suggested that knowledge-based companies give their employees the opportunity to acquire the necessary knowledge and information; Also, provide an environment so that employees can be creative, recognize new ideas for the development of job processes, update their acquired skills and capabilities, and provide them with the necessary ground to experience new job opportunities.

Today, human capitals have a special place in government companies and maintaining their physical and mental health is of particular importance. The results of the studies show that leaders play an important role in creating a healthy work environment for employees, which in leadership theories refers to the health-oriented leadership style as a new style. The purpose of this research is to design a strategic model of health-oriented leadership in public companies. This research has a developmental-applicative purpose and is in the category of mixed research.<strong> </strong>In the qualitative step of the research, thematic Analysis strategy was used to design the model. For this purpose, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 24 executive experts in state-owned firms and university experts who were purposefully selected. In the quantitative part, the validation of the strategic model was done with confirmatory factor analysis method and Smart PLS software. For this purpose, 158 managers and experts were asked for their opinions using a questionnaire.Based on the findings, four strategies including management of employees' quality of life, job actions, management and leadership style, and environmental strategies were identified and all the identified strategies have been confirmed. Also, the priority of the strategies are environmental strategies, occupational strategies, and quality of life management with factor loadings of 0.808, 0.650, and 0.640 respectively. Finally the results of the research showed that the health of employees and leaders is the result of a set of the above conditions And healthy leaders must consider these things together to improve the level of health in the organization.

Abstract <br />This study was conducted with the aim of the effectiveness of mindfulness-based therapy on flow at work and personal flourishing in therapists in Tehran. The statistical population of the present study included all therapists in Tehran. Thirty therapists who met the inclusion criteria were selected by available sampling method and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The research instruments included a flow at work and personal flourishing questionnaire that was completed by both groups in three stages: pre-test-post-test and quarterly follow-up. The mindfulness training program was performed in 8 sessions of 90 minutes for the experimental group. Data were analyzed using repeated measures multivariate analysis of variance using SPSSV22 software. The results showed that mindfulness-based therapy has an effect on flow at work (F = 5.54 and P = 0.010) and personal flourishing (F = 4.65 and P = 0.018). This means that after receiving the mindfulness intervention, the experimental group received higher scores in flow at work and personal flourishing than the control group. Finally, based on the results of this study, it can be said that mindfulness-based therapy is effective on flow at work and personal flourishing of therapists and this training can be used to promote the fascination with the flow at work and personal flourishing of therapists and therefore therapists, counselors, psychologists And other specialists from this training can be helpful.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to explain a model for employees' proactive behaviors in which the role of self-construal, job independence, commitment and proactive personality were considered. <br />Method: By method, this research is a descriptive correlational survey, and by purpose, is an applied research. The statistical population of this study included the staff of Day Insurance Company, a random sample of whom participated in this study and responded to questionnaires of job dependence (Bishop & Scott, 2000), job independence (Morgeson & Humphrey, 2006), proactive personality (Batemann & Crant, 1993), self-construal (Lu & Gilmour, 2007), commitment (Ellemers, de Gilder & van den Heuvel, 1998), career-oriented proactive behavior (Belschak & Den Hartog, 2010), and work unit-oriented proactive behavior (Griffin, Neal & Parker, 2007). Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. <br />Findings: Findings showed that independent self-construal and dependent self- construal through career commitment and commitment to work unit affect career-oriented proactive behaviors and work unit-focused proactive behaviors. Also, the moderating role of job independence and job dependence and proactive personality in the occurrence of proactive behaviors was not confirmed. <br />Conclusion: According to research findings, paying attention to the types of self-construal and types of commitment of employees to the career and work unit can provide the ground for the occurrence of proactive behaviors in employees.
