Using a cross-sectional correlational design, 201 teachers were randomly selected as participants. Data were collected via the Job Crafting Questionnaire (Newman et al., 2014), the Maslach Burnout Inventory (Maslach, 1981), and the Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction Questionnaire (Deci & Ryan, 2000). Structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS 26 and correlational analyses in SPSS 27 were employed to test direct and indirect relationships. Results indicated that job crafting negatively predicted emotional exhaustion, both directly and indirectly, through the satisfaction of autonomy and relatedness needs. Competence did not significantly mediate this relationship. Teachers who redesigned tasks, work relationships, and teaching methods aligned with their skills and interests experienced higher autonomy and supportive interactions, which contributed to reduced burnout. These findings underscore the importance of promoting job crafting and fostering the satisfaction of basic psychological needs to enhance teacher well-being, intrinsic motivation, and organizational commitment. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر بازآفرینی شغلی بر فرسودگی شغلی با میانجی گری ارضای نیازهای روانشناختی بنیادی انجام شد. طرح مطالعه از نوع مقطعی است. در این تحقیق نمونه آماری شامل ۲۰۱ نفر از معلمان می باشد که به روش نمونه‌ گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده بودند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه بازآفرینی شغلی ( نیومن و همکاران )، پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی ( ماسلاچ و همکاران ) و پرسشنامه ارضای نیازهای روانشناختی بنیادین (دسی و رایان) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌ افزارهای SPSS-27 و AMOS-26 تحلیل شدند. یافته ها نشان داد که بازآفرینی شغلی به طور مستقیم بر کاهش فرسودگی شغلی معلمان اثر داشت. علاوه بر آن بازآفرینی شغلی از طریق ارضای نیازهای روانشناختی بنیادین خودمختاری و ارتباط نیز موجب کاهش فرسودگی شغلی معلمان گردید . این نتایج نشان دادند که معلمان می توانند با بازآفرینی وظایف کاری خود، احساس آزادی عمل و تعلق بیشتری را در سازمان تجربه کنند که منجر به فرسودگی شغلی کمتر می گردد . https://jcoc.sbu.ac.ir/article_107018_02b91a5ca0b07a8b79732712d4818d94.pdf
