This is despite the fact that there are challenges facing graduate students in the field of employment. In this regard, the present study was aimed at designing a model for the reconstruction of the university system in the field of economics, with an emphasis on the job creation approach, Also, a qualitative research that was carried out using a strategy based on the data theory of the foundation, In addition, due to the use of purposeful approach and application of theoretical saturation standard, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 28 faculty members and graduates of this field. The data collected in the ATLAS.tiTM software were analyzed and finally 269 identifiers, 39 sub categories and 6 main categories were identified, The results of data in three stages, open coding, axial and selective coding indicate the effect of several factors on the pivotal phenomenon of the research. Also, the findings of the study are analyzed in the framework of a pattern including the pivotal phenomenon, causative conditions, strategies, background, intervening conditions and outcomes. یکی از مهمترین رسالت‌های دانشگاه و آموزش‌عالی می‌تواند آماده‌سازی افراد برای ورود به دنیای بازارکار باشد، و علوم‌انسانی به صورت اعم و علوم‌تربیتی به صورت اخص از این قاعده مثتنی نیست، این در حالی است که به نظر می‌رسد علوم‌تربیتی در حوزه اشتغال با چالش‌هایی روبرو است. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر نیز با هدف طراحی الگویی به منظور بازسازی سیستم دانشگاهی در علوم‌تربیتی، با تاکید بر رویکرد اشتغال‌زایی صورت پذیرفت، همچنین پژوهش از نوع کیفی که با استفاده از راهبرد مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد صورت پذیرفته است، به علاوه با توجه به استفاده از رویکرد هدفمند و بکارگیری معیار اشباع نظری، مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختار یافته با 28 نفر از اعضای هیات‌علمی و فارغ‌التحصیلان این رشته انجام شد و اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده در نرم‌افزار ATLAS.tiTM، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و در نهایت 269 شناسه، 39 مقوله فرعی و 6 مقوله اصلی شناسایی شد، نتایج داده‌های در طی سه مرحله، کدگذاری باز، محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی حاکی از تاثیر عوامل متعددی بر پدیده محوری پژوهش داشت. همچنین، یافته‌های مطالعه در چارچوب یک الگو شامل؛ پدیده محوری، شرایط علی، راهبردها، زمینه، شرایط مداخله‌گر و پیامدها تحلیل شده است. https://jcoc.sbu.ac.ir/article_100003_70378290ec55d6950d65ed5bce539691.pdf
