This study aimed to examine the factor structure and psychometric properties of Employee Well-Being Scale of Zheng, Zhu, Zhao & Zhang (2015). For this purpose, 201 employees of an industrial company in Bushehr were randomly selected and completed questionnaires. The instruments of research contained Employee Well-Being, Job Satisfaction, Positive and Negative Affect, Affective Commitment, Job Performance and Turnover Intention scales. The internal consistency with Cronbach's alpha and correlation of each question questionnaire with total score of the scale showed acceptable reliability. The validity of the employee well-being scale was confirmed through multiple ways. First, confirmatory factor analysis showed that three-factor structure of this scale is good. Second, the results of convergent and discriminant validity showed that employee well-being scale has a significant positive relationship with job satisfaction and positive affect and a significant negative relationship with negative affect. Third, the results of predictive validity indicated that employee well-being was able to predict job satisfaction, affective commitment, turnover intention and job performance. In sum, the results showed that the Employee Well-Being Scale is a valid and reliable scale for measuring Iranian's employee well-being.

Today, positive thinking is one of the most important factors that influence the attitudes and behaviors of employees in the workplace. One of the behaviors that are very important for organizations is organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of psychological capital on organizational citizenship behavior with mediating role of occupational well-being and moderating role of job spiritual intelligence in employees of Lorestan Province Gas Company. The participants consisted of 222 employees of Lorestan Province Gas Company that were selected by multiple stages random sampling method. Fitness of the proposed model, indirect effect, and moderator effect was examined through structural equation modeling, bootstrap procedure, and moderated hierarchical regression. Findings indicated that the proposed model fit the data properly. The results also indicated that psychological capital directly and with mediating role of occupational well-being had impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Findings also indicated that job spiritual intelligence has moderated the relationship between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. This research suggests that there need to provide conditions to promote psychological capital, occupational well-being and job spiritual intelligence to increase organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract
Therefore child counseling in the area of career counseling is rarely noticed as a task, so there is no clear status of students career counseling in the future (Sharf,2006). Current research investigate the effectiveness of career counseling on development of cognitive map of occupations in primary school students of Mamsani town. Study method was semi experimental by the use of post-test and pre-test. The sample consist of 72 students (grade 3,4,5 in primary school students) who were selected randomly by cluster sampling from two schools and they were designed in two groups, control and experimental. The tool was career cognitive map questionnaire (for primary school children). Data was analyzed by one way variance and covariance(ancova)analysis method. Findings show that there is significant difference between score averages in two groups after inventing program (p≤ 0.001). In that, there is significant differences between cognitive map of boys and girls (p≤ 0.001). It can be concluded that through career counseling, we can develop the cognitive map of occupations between primary school students and help them to reach better selection of occupation in older ages

Aim: This purpose of study was comparison of optimism, job satisfaction and quality of work life of seafarers and onshore staff of National Iranian Tanker Company. Method: The study utilized descriptive Casual comparison design and the statistic population of the study included all seafarers of National Iranian Tanker Company in the spring of 1394 with the quantity of 2400, and all male onshore staff of National Iranian Tanker Company in the spring of 1394 with the quantity of 420, through a random sampling 150 seafarers and through a targeted sampling 240 onshore staff were selected. Research Tools were positive automatic cognition questionnaire by Ingram & Wisnicki (1988), job satisfaction inventory by Smith, Kendall & Hulin (1969) and quality of work life questionnaire by Timossi, Pedroso, Francisco & Pilatti (2008). Results: Data analysis multivariate analysis of variance showed that seafarers got higher average score on job satisfaction than onshore staff. However, there were no significant differences between positive thinking and the quality of work life of seafarers and onshore staff. Conclusion: Job satisfaction in addition to quality of work life and thinking styles as positive-thinking is affected by many factors, including the benefits and salary. So for increase the job satisfaction of staff at troublesome jobs like seafaring the effective factors on job satisfaction, such as salaries and benefits could be targeted.

چکیده
Career construction as a construct composed of two dimensions of career adaptability and vocational development can play an effective role in junior high school students’ career decision making readiness. In order to indicating the utility of emotional intelligence in career construction assessment, by selecting a random-in access sample of 514 junior high school students (240 boys, 274 girls) the relationship between emotional intelligence and dimensions of career construction, and incremental validity of emotional intelligence in predicting vocational development was examined. The Pearson's correlations showed considerable positive relations between components and dimensions of emotional intelligence and dimensions of career construction. The Canonical correlation showed 5 canonical variates in relationship between emotional intelligence and dimensions of career construction. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجیگری فاصله با هدف مسیر شغلی و استرس مسیر شغلی در رابطه با بازخورد هدف مسیر شغلی و پایستگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان بود. این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی در قالب مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه-ی آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیهی دانشآموزان پایهی چهارم دبیرستان شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 بود. از این جامعه نمونهای به حجم 450 دانشآموز (50% پسر و 50% دختر) به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای تصادفی انتخاب شد. بهمنظور گردآوری دادهها از مقیاس پایستگی تحصیلی، مقیاس بازخورد هدف مسیر شغلی، مقیاس فاصله با هدف مسیر شغلی و پرسش-نامهی استرس دانشگاهی کرهای استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد فاصله با هدف مسیر شغلی در رابطهی زیرمقیاس بازخورد منفی در مورد پیشرفت با پایستگی تحصیلی، نقش میانجی کامل داشت؛ ولی دو زیرمقیاس دیگر بر پایستگی تحصیلی، اثر غیرمستقیم داشتند. استرس مسیر شغلی در رابطهی زیرمقیاس بازخورد منفی در مورد پیشرفت با پایستگی تحصیلی، نقش میانجی کامل داشت؛ ولی دو زیرمقیاس دیگر بر پایستگی تحصیلی، اثر غیرمستقیم داشتند؛ همچنین فاصله با هدف مسیر شغلی در رابطهی زیر-مقیاس بازخورد منفی در مورد پیشرفت با استرس مسیر شغلی، نقش میانجی کامل و در رابطهی دو زیرمقیاس دیگر نقش میانجی نسبی داشت. در نتیجه به منظور تقویت پایستگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان چهارم دبیرستان باید به نقش استرس مسیر شغلی، فاصله با هدف مسیر شغلی و بازخورد هدف مسیر شغلی توجه داشت.
