Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the practicality of Bart's aptitude test (2015) to academic-career for 9th grade students in Kurdistan and West Azerbaijan provinces.
Method: Research method was application and correlation type . A sample of 381 students from the 10th and 12th grade in Saqez and Bochan were selected by by random sampling and Bart's aptitude questionnaire was implemented. The research tool was a set of 434 Bart aptitudes questions that were set in 5 scales and 16 subtest tests, and the respondent would have to answer the test questions in 135 minutes. For data analysis, two methods of correlation and practical methods were used and the results were analyzed by SPSS software
Findings: The findings showed that in the first method of Bart's aptitude test in some areas and fields, have a positive and significant correlation whit the results of academic performance guideline. In the second method, for each occupation, a formula was found to be obtained by adding the rates of each The formula in each discipline can be used to determine the priority of each discipline in conducting a career education.
Conclusion: In general, the findings of this study showed that the Barwana talent test has a good effect on academic guidance and can be used to guide the employment of people in research, guidance and counseling.
