بررسی تأثیر آموزش گروهی هوش هیجانی بر قابلیت استخدام دانشجویان دانشگاه صنعتی اصفهان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر آموزش گروهی هوش هیجانی بر قابلیت استخدام در دانشجویان دانشگاه صنعتی اصفهان بود. روش پژوهش، نیمه­آزمایش با طرح پیش­آزمون- پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه صنعتی اصفهان بوده که در سال1392-1391 مشغول تحصیل بوده­اند. برای انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه­گیری داوطلبانه استفاده شد که در نتیجه 36 نفر انتخاب شدند و به­صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند. اعضاء آزمایش در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه­ای در جلسات آموزش هوش هیجانی شرکت کردند و گروه گواه هیچ مداخله­ای دریافت نکرد. ابزار مورداستفاده در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه قابلیت استخدام موسوی (1392) بود. جهت تحلیل داده­ها، تحلیل کوواریانس مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و یافته‌های زیر حاصل شد. آموزش هوش هیجانی بر نمره کلی قابلیت استخدام تاثیر داشته است (03/0>P). آموزش هوش هیجانی بر ابعاد اصلی هویت مسیر شغلی (0005/0>P)، سرمایه انسانی (004/0>P) و انطباق­پذیری شخصی (0005/0>P) تاثیر داشته است. ولی آموزش هوش هیجانی بر بعد سرمایه اجتماعی تاثیر نداشته است.
