بررسی سودمندی هوش‌هیجانی در سازه­آرایی مسیر تحصیلی-شغلی دانش آموزان اول دبیرستان

چکیده

   سازه‌آرایی تحصیلی-شغلی به­عنوان سازه‌ای مرکب از دو بعد انطباق‌پذیری مسیر تحصیلی-شغلی و رشد شغلی، می‌تواند نقشی موثر در آمادگی تصمیم‌گیری مسیر تحصیلی-شغلی دانش آموزان اول متوسطه ایفا کند. برای تعیین سودمندی هوش‌هیجانی در سنجش سازه‌آرایی تحصیلی-شغلی دانش آموزان اول متوسطه، با انتخاب نمونه‌ای تصادفی-در دسترس از 514 (240 پسر، 274 دختر) دانش آموزان اول متوسطه، رابطه بین هوش‌هیجانی و ابعاد سازه‌آرایی مسیر تحصیلی-شغلی و اعتبار نموی هوش‌هیجانی در پیش­بینی رشد شغلی بررسی شد. همبستگی پیرسون رابطه مثبتی قابل ملاحظه‌ای را بین مولفه‌ها و ابعاد هوش­هیجانی با ابعاد سازه‌آرایی مسیر تحصیلی-شغلی نشان داد. تحلیل کانونی وجود 5 متغیر کانونی را در ارتباط بین هوش‌هیجانی با سازه‌آرایی مسیر تحصیلی-شغلی نشان داد. رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی نشان داد هوش‌هیجانی فراتر از ویژگی‌های دموگرافیکی و انطباق‌پذیری می‌تواند رشد شغلی دانش آموزان را پیش بینی کند (07/0=R2Δ؛ 001/0>P). این مطالعه بر حمایت‌ها از سودمندی هوش‌هیجانی در مشاوره سازه آرایی مسیر تحصیلی-شغلی افزود.

چکیده

Career construction as a construct composed of two dimensions of career adaptability and vocational development can play an effective role in junior high school students’ career decision making readiness. In order to indicating the utility of emotional intelligence in career construction assessment, by selecting a random-in access sample of 514 junior high school students (240 boys, 274 girls) the relationship between emotional intelligence and dimensions of career construction, and incremental validity of emotional intelligence in predicting vocational development was examined. The Pearson's correlations showed considerable positive relations between components and dimensions of emotional intelligence and dimensions of career construction. The Canonical correlation showed 5 canonical variates in relationship between emotional intelligence and dimensions of career construction. The Hierarchical regression showed that emotional intelligence can predict vocational development beyond demographics and career adaptability (ΔR2=0.07, P
