شناسایی و ارزیابی پیش‌آیندها و پیامدهای خودکارآمدی مدیران با نقش رهبری همنوا در سازمان‌های دانش‌بنیان

چکیده

خودکارآمدی به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین مکانیسم‌های نفوذ بر خود و یکی از سازه‌ها‌ی مهم رفتار سازمانی مثبت‌گرا، علی‌رغم قدمت و گستردگی پژوهشی در روانشناسی، در حوزه‎ی مسایل سازمانی و خصوصاً برای رکن مدیران در سازمان کمتر مورد بررسی دقیق قرار گرفته است. هدف از این پژوهشِ ترکیبی در مرحله‌ی نخست، که با راهبرد پژوهش کیفی انجام شد،شناسایی مؤلفه‌ها و ابعاد خودکارآمدی مدیرانِ سازمان‌های دانش‌بنیان و عوامل مؤثر بر آن، و نیز پیامدهای سازمانی و تأثیر آن بر خودکارآمدی جمعی کارکنان، است. این امر با استفاده از سه مرحله‌ی کدگذاری و با کمک نرم‌افزار تحیل کیفی اطلس، صورت پذیرفت. همچنین مقوله‌ای مهم و مؤثر بر خودکارآمدی افراد در سازمان با عنوان رهبری همنوا، که ایجاد خوش‌بینی کرده و با افراد همدلی و شفقت دارد، شناسایی و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در مرحله‌ی دوّم، که کمّی است، روابط عناصر الگوی اکتشافی در قالب دو مدل اندازه‌گیری و معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و AMOS مورد آزمون،قرار گرفت. بدین منظور پرسشنامه‌ای محقق ساخته میان 204 نفر از مدیران شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان شهرک علمی تحقیقاتی اصفهان به عنوان نمونه توزیع و جمع‌آوری گردید. نتایج آزمون کمّی بیانگر تأیید تمام فرضیات و نیز اعتبار کافی مدل مفهومی پژوهش بود.
