نقش واسطه ای هوش هیجانی و رضایت شغلی در رابطه سرسختی روان شناختی با سلامت سازمانی در اداره کل پست استان مازندران

چکیده

 این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه ای هوش هیجانی و رضایت شغلی در رابطه سرسختی روان شناختی با سلامت سازمانی در اداره کل پست استان مازندران انجام شده است و از نوع طرح­های همبستگی مبتنی بر روش مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری به طور خاص معادلات رگرسیونی (تلفیق تحلیل مسیر و تحلیل عاملی سطح دوم) بود. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش، «تمامی کارکنان شاغل در اداره کل پست استان مازندران» به تعداد « 556 نفر» بود، که در مجموع 220 نمونه به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده دریافت گردید. جهت اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای پیش­بین از «پرسشنامه استاندارد90 گویه‌ای باراُن»، « پرسشنامه سرسختی روان­شناختی اهواز»، «پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی مینه سوتا» و برای سنجش متغیر ملاک از «پرسشنامه 44 گویه‌ای سلامت سازمانی OHI» استفاده شده است. به طورکلی روابط معنی­داری بین متغیرهای پژوهش بدست آمد و مدل پژوهش تایید گردید، که در مجموع 85 درصد از متغیر سلامت سازمانی قابلیت پیش­بینی توسط متغیرهای هوش هیجانی، سرسختی روان شناختی و رضایت شغلی را دارا بود. با توجه به این تاثیرپذیری بسیار حایز اهمیت سلامت سازمانی در کارکنان ادراه پست، این سازمان جهت ارتقا سطح فعالیت ها و سلامت سازمانی می تواند به این متغیرهای روان شناختی توجه ای ویژه با ارایه خدمات و دوره های ضمن خدمت نماید.
