اميد به انتخاب شغل: بررسي نقش اهمال كاري تحصيلي و انگيزش تحصيلي

چکیده

هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي رشد مسير شغلي مبتني بر اميد  بر اساس انگيزه تحصيلي و اهمال كاري تحصيلي بود. روش تحقيق از نوع توصیفی- همبستگي بود. نمونه  آماري شامل 231  نفر از دانشجويان دختر دانشگاه اصفهان بودند كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه گيري پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه رشد مسير شغلي مبتني بر اميد (HCCI؛ نورمن اماندسون و همكاران، 2013)، پرسشنامه اهمال كاري تحصيل ( سولومون و راثبلوم، 1984) و پرسشنامه انگيزه تحصيلي (والرند و همكاران، 1989) بود. براي تجزيه و تحليل آماري از شاخص هاي آمار توصيفي و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و تحليل رگرسيون چند متغيره(همبستگي چندگانه) استفاده شده است. با توجه به ضريب همبستگي پيرسون رابطه معنادار و مثبت بين اميد و مؤلفه هاي انگيزه تحصيلي وجود داشت يعني با افزايش هريك از مؤلفه هاي انگيزه تحصيلي اميد افزايش مي يابد و بين اميد و مؤلفه هاي اهمال كاري تحصيلي رابطه منفی و معنادار بدست آمد يعني با افزايش هريك از مؤلفه هاي اهمال كاري تحصيلي اميد كاهش معناداري يافته است. نتايج تحليل رگرسيون انجام شده پيش بيني اميد را از طريق متغير انگيزه تحصيلي و مؤلفه‌هاي آن و متغير اهمال كاري تحصيلي و مؤلفه هاي آن مورد تائيد قرار داد.
