شیوع اعتیاد به کار در بین کارکنان بیمارستان: نقش دلبستگی به خدا و معنویت در کار
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی میزان شیوع اعتیاد به کار و نقش دلبستگی به خدا و معنویت در کار در پیشبینی آن در میان کارکنان بیمارستانی بوده است. روش پژوهش همبستگی بود. نمونهی آماری 144 زن و مرد شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهرستان ازنا بودند که به روش کلشماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآری دادهها از مقیاس کوتاه اعتیاد به کار، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامهی دلبستگی به خدا و پرسشنامه معنویت در کار استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندمتغیری و تحلیل کوریانس چندمتغیری (مانکوا) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که میزان شیوع اعتیاد به کار در میان کل کارکنان، کارکنان زن و مرد به ترتیب 76/9، 3/11 و 42/10 درصد بود. نتایج همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که رابطهی دلبستگی به خدا و معنویت در کار با اعتیاد به کار منفی بود و براساس نتایج رگرسیون، دلبستگی به خدا و معنویت در کار در پیشبینی اعتیاد به کار نقش منفی داشتهاند. نتایج تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری (مانکوا) با کنترل متغیرهای جمعیتشناختی نشان داد که میانگین دلبستگی به خدا در زنان و معنویت در کار در مردان بیشتر بوده است؛ اما بین زنان و مردان در میانگین اعتیاد به کار تفاوت معنیدار وجود نداشت. براساس نتایج، تقویت دلبستگی به خدا و معنویت در کار از طریق آموزشهای مبتنی بر معنویت برای کارکنان بیمارستانی جهت کاهش اعتیاد به کار، پیشنهاد میشود.

بررسی وضعیت ادارک از جایگاه اجتماعی و پیش بینی کننده های سازمانی، مدیریتی و سیاسی در میان اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه
ادراک از جایگاه اجتماعی یکی از فرایندهای روانی اجتماعی است که بر روی حیات علمی و حرفه ای اعضای هیات علمی در دانشگاه ها اثرگذار است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت ادارک از جایگاه اجتماعی در اعضای هیات علمی یکی از دانشگاه های دولتی شهر تهران و بررسی نقش ادارک از عوامل سازمانی، سیاسی و مدیریتی در پیش بینی ادارک از جایگاه اجتماعی اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه بود. در این مطالعه از 135 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی یک دانشگاه دولتی به صورت دردسترس نمونه گیری انجام شد و برای جمع آوری دادهها از پرسشنامه های ادارک از جایگاه اجتماعی، حمایت سازمانی ادارک شده، سیاست سازمانی ادارک شده، و مشارکت داده شدن در تصمیم گیری های سازمانی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد 40 درصد از شرکت کنندگان معتقد بودند جایگاه اجتماعی شغل دانشگاهی در ایران تنزل یافته است. یافته های مدل همبستگی و رگرسیون چند گانه نشان داد که عوامل مدیریتی که عبارت بود از ادارک از مشارکت داده شدن در تصمیم گیری های سازمانی 13 درصد، سیاست سازمانی ادارک شده 3 درصد و حمایت سازمانی ادارک شده 1 درصد از تغییرات ادارک از جایگاه اجتماعی را پیش بینی میکرد. به نظر میرسد مشارکت دادن اعضای هیات علمی در تصمیم گیری های دانشگاهی و ایجاد فضای سیاسی مبتنی بر عدالت و تحمل و ارتقای حمایت های هیجانی و مادی روی ارتقای ادارک از جایگاه اجتماعی و توسعه منزلت اجتماعی اعضای هیات علمی اثرگذار است.

بررسی رابطه بین سایش اجتماعی و تعارض کار- خانواده با فرسودگی عاطفی معلمان ابتدایی کرمان
هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه بین سایش اجتماعی و تعارض کار- خانواده با فرسودگی عاطفی معلمان ابتدایی کرمان بود. پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان دوره ابتدایی شهر کرمان به تعداد 1600 نفر (1200 زن و 400 مرد) بود. حجم مطلوب نمونه با توجه به فرمول کوکران 310 نفر بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای 232 زن و 78 مرد بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای سایش اجتماعی دافی و همکاران (2002)، تعارض کار- خانواده کارلسون و همکاران (2000) و فرسودگی عاطفی مسلچ (1985) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که بین سایش اجتماعی، سایش همکار و سایش سرپرست با فرسودگی عاطفی معلمان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (05/0≥P). همچنین، بین تعارض کار- خانواده و تعارض خانواده- کار با فرسودگی عاطفی معلمان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (05/0≥P). علاوه بر این، سایش اجتماعی و تعارض کار- خانواده در مجموع قادرند 6/56 درصد از تغییرات فرسودگی عاطفی معلمان دوره ابتدایی را بهطور معنیداری پیشبینی کنند (566/0R2=). با توجه به نتایج پژوهش میتوان بیان کرد معلمانی که سایش اجتماعی و تعارض کار- خانواده در آنها کمتر است، از سطح فرسودگی عاطفی پایینتری برخوردارند.

انگیزه شغلی معلم، شادکامی معلم و جو سازمانی: کاربرد مدل یابی دو سطحی معلم و مدرسه
هدف:انگیزش شغلی، توانایی معلم را بالا می برد و نتیجه آن بهبود عملکرد دانش آموزان در سازمانی در قالب مدرسه خواهد بود. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه بین شادکامی و جو سازمانی با انگیزش شغلی معلمان میباشد.روش:پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. نمونه پژوهش شامل 200 معلم (146 معلم زن و 54 معلم مرد) است که به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای طبقهای انتخاب شدند و سپس معلمها به مقیاسهای انگیزه شغلی معلم و شادکامی معلم پاسخ دادند. حجم نمونه در سطح دوم یا سطح مدرسه 20 می باشد به این ترتیب که پاسخ معلمها به مقیاس جو سازمانی برای هر مدرسه تجمیع و متغیر سطح مدرسه ساخته شد. برای بررسی دادهها یک تحلیل غیر شرطی HLM(مدل آنوا یک راهه با اثرات تصادفی) اجرا شده است.یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که انگیزه شغلی معلم در بین مدارس مختلف معنیدار بوده، و 62 درصد از تغییرات انگیزه شغلی معلم ناشی از تفاوت بین مدارس بوده و 38 درصد برای عوامل سطح معلمان تبیین شده است. بدین معنی که فضای مدرسه و جو سازمانی حاکم بر مدارس مختلف بر میزان انگیزه معلمان تاثیرگذار میباشد.نتیجهگیری:اگر عواملی که منجر به جو سازمانی مطلوب و شادکامی معلمان میشوند، در مدرسه فراهم شوند، میتوان انگیزه معلمان را افزایش داده و عملکرد آنها را در فرایند یاددهی- یادگیری بهبود بخشید.

رابطه بین ساختار توانمندساز مدارس با خشنودی شغلی معلمان و اثربخشی مدارس مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان قرچک
چکیدهبیتردید، سازمانهای آموزشی، یکی از اساسیترین سازمانها میباشند که مسئولیت عظیم تعلیم و تربیت رسمی افراد جامعه را بر عهده دارند. بنابراین ایجاد درکی روشن از مشخصات مدارس اثربخش، یک پیششرط ضروری برای توسعه راهبردهای منطقی بهبود مدرسه است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه بین ساختار توانمندساز مدارس با خشنودی شغلی معلمان و اثربخشی مدارس مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان قرچک انجام شده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه معلمان مقطع متوسطه شهرستان قرچک در سال تحصیلی 96- 1395 می باشد. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان 269 نفر تعیین شد. روش نمونه گیری در پژوهش حاضر، تصادفی طبقه ای بوده و به منظور گردآوری دادهها، از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد ساختار توانمندساز، خشنودی شغلی و اثربخشی مدارس استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، t تک نمونه ای و رگرسیون خطی با استفاده از نرم افزار spss صورت گرفت. یافتههای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان می دهد بین ساختار توانمند مدرسه با خشنودی شغلی و اثربخشی مدارس مقطع متوسطه شهرستان قرچک رابطه معناداری در سطح 01/0 وجود دارد. هچنین متغیر ساختار توانمند مدرسه 19 درصد واریانس متغیر اثربخشی مدارس مقطع متوسطه شهرستان قرچک را تبیین می کند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان دهنده این نکته است که ساختار توانمند مدارس به عنوان عامل تأثیر گذار بر رضایت شغلی کارکنان و معلمان و در نتیجه اثربخشی مدارس، نقش بی بدیلی ایفا می کند.

امید به انتخاب شغل: بررسی نقش اهمال کاری تحصیلی و انگیزش تحصیلی
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رشد مسیر شغلی مبتنی بر امید بر اساس انگیزه تحصیلی و اهمال کاری تحصیلی بود. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود. نمونه آماری شامل 231 نفر از دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه اصفهان بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه رشد مسیر شغلی مبتنی بر امید (HCCI؛ نورمن اماندسون و همکاران، 2013)، پرسشنامه اهمال کاری تحصیل ( سولومون و راثبلوم، 1984) و پرسشنامه انگیزه تحصیلی (والرند و همکاران، 1989) بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از شاخص های آمار توصیفی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره(همبستگی چندگانه) استفاده شده است. با توجه به ضریب همبستگی پیرسون رابطه معنادار و مثبت بین امید و مؤلفه های انگیزه تحصیلی وجود داشت یعنی با افزایش هریک از مؤلفه های انگیزه تحصیلی امید افزایش می یابد و بین امید و مؤلفه های اهمال کاری تحصیلی رابطه منفی و معنادار بدست آمد یعنی با افزایش هریک از مؤلفه های اهمال کاری تحصیلی امید کاهش معناداری یافته است. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون انجام شده پیش بینی امید را از طریق متغیر انگیزه تحصیلی و مؤلفههای آن و متغیر اهمال کاری تحصیلی و مؤلفه های آن مورد تائید قرار داد.

نقش میانجیگرانه خودکارآمدی در رابطه بین تیپهای شخصیتی هالند و رفتار کارآفرینانه دانشجویان
پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش میانجیگرانهی خودکارآمدی در رابطه بین تیپهای شخصیتی هالند و رفتار کارآفرینانه دانشجویان دانشگاه مهندسی فناوری های نوین قوچان پرداخته است. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری را تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه مهندسی فناوری های نوین قوچان تشکیل می دهند، که در سال 96-95 مشغول به تحصیل بودند و تعدادشان 713 نفر بود. در پژوهش حاضر با توجه به نمونه گیری تصادفی بر اساس فرمول کوکران 250 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده، پرسشنامه استاندارد رفتار کارآفرینانه زامتاکیس و موستاکیس (2007)، پرسشنامه تیپ های شخصیتی هالند (۱۹۵۸) و مقیاس خودکارآمدی موریس (2001) بودند. جهت تحلیل دادهها ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و فن مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد و در کلیه تحلیلها از نرمافزار SPSS-22 و AMOS-22 استفاده گردید. یافتهها نشان داد خودکارآمدی رابطه مستقیم با رفتارکارآفرینانه دارد و نقش میانجیگرانهای در رابطه بین تیپهای شخصیتی هالند و رفتار کارآفرینانه ایفا میکند (χ2=0.20,GFI=0.91,AGFI=0.93,CFI=0.91,PNFI=0.92,RMR=0.10,RMSEA=0.06). به دیگر سخن صرف نظر از تیپهای شخصیتی هالند با ورود خودکارآمدی به معادله کشش افراد به سمت رفتار کارآفرینانه بیشتر میشود. بنابراین برای ایجاد رفتار کارآفرینانه می بایست به ایجاد و تقویت شاخصه های رفتاری تیپ های شخصیتی هالند و خودکارآمدی بپردازیم.
