بررسی کفایت شاخصهای روانسنجی مقیاس بهزیستی کارکن
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ویژگیهای روانسنجی مقیاس بهزیستی کارکن ژنگ، ژو، زائو و ژانگ (2015) انجام شد. بدین منظور، 201 نفر از کارکنان یک شرکت صنعتی در بوشهر به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامههای پژوهش را تکمیل کردند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاسهای بهزیستی کارکن، خشنودی شغلی، عاطفهی مثبت و منفی، تعهد عاطفی، عملکرد شغلی و تمایل به ترک شغل بودند. بررسی همسانی درونی سؤالات پرسشنامه با روش آلفای کرونباخ و همبستگی هر سؤال با نمرهی کل آزمون نشان داد که این مقیاس از پایایی قابل قبولی برخوردار است به منظور بررسی روایی مقیاس بهزیستی کارکن از چند روش استفاده شد. اول، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد که ساختار سه عاملی این مقیاس از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است. دوم، نتایج حاصل از بررسی روایی همگرا و افتراقی نشان داد که مقیاس بهزیستی کارکن با مقیاسهای خشنودی شغلی و عاطفهی مثبت رابطهی مثبت معنادار و با عاطفهی منفی رابطهی منفی معناداری دارد. سوم، نتایج حاصل از روایی پیشبین نشان داد که بهزیستی کارکن قادر به پیشبینی خشنودی شغلی، تعهد عاطفی، تمایل به ترک شغل و عملکرد شغلی میباشد. در مجموع، یافتههای تحقیق نشان دادند که مقیاس بهزیستی کارکن یک مقیاس پایا و معتبر برای سنجش بهزیستی کارکنان ایرانی میباشد.

تأثیر سرمایههای روانشناختی بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی: نقش میانجیگری بهزیستی حرفهای و تعدیلگری هوش معنوی شغلی
مروزه، مثبتنگری یکی از عوامل مهم و تأثیرگذار بر نگرشها و رفتارهای کارکنان در محیط کار است. یکی از رفتارهایی که اهمیت بسیار زیادی برای سازمانها دارد، رفتار شهروندی سازمانی است. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر سرمایههای روانشناختی بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با توجه به نقش میانجی گری بهزیستی حرفهای و تعدیلگری هوش معنوی شغلی میباشد. شرکتکنندگان در پژوهش 222 نفر از میان کارمندان شرکت گاز استان لرستان بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی چندمرحلهای انتخاب گردیدند. بهمنظور ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی و آزمون اثر واسطهای و تعدیلکننده از تحلیل معادلات ساختاری، روش بوت استراپ و رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی استفاده گردید. یافتهها بیانگر تطابق و برازش الگوی پیشنهادی با دادههای واقعی بودند. در مدل تأییدشده، سرمایههای روانشناختی بهطور مستقیم و نیز با میانجیگری بهزیستی حرفهای بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی تأثیرگذار بود. همچنین یافتهها نشان دادند که هوش معنوی شغلی رابطه بین سرمایههای روانشناختی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی را تعدیل میکند. بر اساس یافتههای بهدستآمده پیشنهاد میشود که بهمنظور ارتقاء رفتار شهروندی سازمانی، سازمانها شرایطی را برای افزایش سرمایههای روانشناختی، هوش معنوی شغلی و بهزیستی حرفهای کارکنان فراهم آورند.

تاثیر آموزش مسیرشغلی بر رشد نقشه شناختی اشتغالات در دانشآموزان مقطع ابتدایی
چکیده: از آنجا که چشمانداز روشنی از وضعیت رشد مسیر شغلی دانشآموزان در دست نیست پژوهش حاضر بهمنظور تاثیر اموزش مسیر شغلی بر رشد نقشه شناختی اشتغالات در دانشآموزان مقطع ابتدایی است. پژوهش حاضر یک پژوهش نیمه تجربی با استفاده از طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل است. نمونه پژوهش شامل 72 دانشآموز (مقطع سوم، چهارم و پنجم ابتدایی) است که به صورت نمونهگیری خوشهای از دو مدرسه بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه نقشه شناختی مسیر شغلی محققساخته (ویژه کودکان دبستانی ) جمعآوری شد برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل واریانس یکراهه و تحلیل کوواریانس) نکوا) استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات گروه آزمایش در قبل و بعد از برنامه آموزشی، دارای تفاوت معناداری است، همچنین بین نقشه شناختی دختران و پسران تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. از یافتههای این پژوهش میتوان نتیجه گرفت که از طریق مشاوره مسیر شغلی میتوان رشد نقشه شناختی اشتعالات دانشآموزان ابتدایی را گسترش داد و به آنها برای انتخاب شغل بهتر در سنین بالاتر کمک کرد.

آموزش مشاوره مسیر شغلی بر رشد نقشه شناختی اشتغالات در دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان ممسنی
چکیده: از آنجا که مشاورهی کودک در زمینهی مسائل مسیر شغلی به ندرت به عنوان یک وظیفه برای مشاوران مورد توجه قرار گرفته است و چشم انداز روشنی از وضعیت رشد مسیر شغلی دانش آموزان در دست نیست. پژوهش حاضربه منظور اثربخشی مشاوره مسیر شغلی بر رشد نقشه شناختی اشتغالات در دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان ممسنی میباشد.پژوهش حاضر یک پژوهش نیمه تجربی با استفاده از طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل است. نمونه پژوهش شامل 72 دانشآموز(مقطع سوم،چهارم و پنجم ابتدایی) است که به صورت نمونهگیری خوشهای از دو مدرسه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه نقشه شناختی مسیر شغلی محقق ساخته (ویژه کودکان دبستانی )جمع آوری شد برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل واریانس یک راهه وتحلیل کوواریانس)انکوا) استفاده شد.نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که میانگین نمرات در دوگروه،بعد از برنامه آموزشی،دارای تفاوت معناداری در سطح p<0/001است،همچنین بین نقشه شناختی دختران و پسران در سطح p<0/001 تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. از طریق مشاوره مسیر شغلی می توان رشد نقشه شناختی اشتعالات دانش آموزان ابتدایی را گسترش داد و به آنها برای انتخاب شغل بهتر در سنین بالاتر کمک کرد .

مقایسه مثبتاندیشی، رضایت شغلی و کیفیت زندگی حرفهای دریانوردان و کارمندان خشکی شرکت ملی نفتکش ایران
هدف: هدف پژوهش مقایسه مثبتاندیشی، رضایت شغلی و کیفیت زندگی حرفهای در دریانوردان و کارمندان خشکی شرکت ملی نفتکش ایران بود. روش: طرح پژوهش توصیفی از نوع علی-مقایسهای و جامعه آماری شامل تمام دریانوردان شرکت ملی نفتکش ایران در بهار سال 1394 به تعداد 2400 نفر و تمام کارمندان مرد خشکی شرکت نفتکش ایران در بهار سال 1394 به تعداد 420 نفر بود که از میان آنها 150 دریانورد به روش نمونهبرداری تصادفی ساده و 240 کارمند خشکی به روش نمونهبرداری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامههای مثبتاندیشی اینگرام و وینسکی (1999)، رضایت شغلی اسمیت، کندال و هیولین (1969) و کیفیت زندگی حرفهای تیموسی، پدروسو، فرنسیسکو و پیلاتی (2008) بود. یافتهها: تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد دریانوردان در رضایت شغلی میانگین بالاتری را نسبت به کارمندان خشکی کسب کردند. ولی تفاوت معناداری بین مثبتاندیشی و کیفیت زندگی حرفهای دریانوردان و کارمندان خشکی دیده نشد. نتیجهگیری: رضایت شغلی گذشته از کیفیت زندگی حرفهای و سبک-های تفکر مانند مثبتاندیشی از عوامل بسیار زیادی از جمله مزایا و حقوق دستمزد افراد تأثیر می-پذیرد. بنابراین میتوان در افزایش رضایت شغلی کارکنان با مشاغل سخت مانند دریانوردی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر رضایت شغلی مانند حقوق و مزایا را هدف قرار داد.

بررسی سودمندی هوشهیجانی در سازهآرایی مسیر تحصیلی-شغلی دانش آموزان اول دبیرستان
سازهآرایی تحصیلی-شغلی بهعنوان سازهای مرکب از دو بعد انطباقپذیری مسیر تحصیلی-شغلی و رشد شغلی، میتواند نقشی موثر در آمادگی تصمیمگیری مسیر تحصیلی-شغلی دانش آموزان اول متوسطه ایفا کند. برای تعیین سودمندی هوشهیجانی در سنجش سازهآرایی تحصیلی-شغلی دانش آموزان اول متوسطه، با انتخاب نمونهای تصادفی-در دسترس از 514 (240 پسر، 274 دختر) دانش آموزان اول متوسطه، رابطه بین هوشهیجانی و ابعاد سازهآرایی مسیر تحصیلی-شغلی و اعتبار نموی هوشهیجانی در پیشبینی رشد شغلی بررسی شد. همبستگی پیرسون رابطه مثبتی قابل ملاحظهای را بین مولفهها و ابعاد هوشهیجانی با ابعاد سازهآرایی مسیر تحصیلی-شغلی نشان داد. تحلیل کانونی وجود 5 متغیر کانونی را در ارتباط بین هوشهیجانی با سازهآرایی مسیر تحصیلی-شغلی نشان داد. رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی نشان داد هوشهیجانی فراتر از ویژگیهای دموگرافیکی و انطباقپذیری میتواند رشد شغلی دانش آموزان را پیش بینی کند (07/0=R2Δ؛ 001/0>P). این مطالعه بر حمایتها از سودمندی هوشهیجانی در مشاوره سازه آرایی مسیر تحصیلی-شغلی افزود.

رابطه خودکارآمدی و تابآوری با اثربخشی مدیران دورهی متوسطه
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین رابطه خودکارآمدی و تابآوری با اثربخشی مدیران دورهی متوسطه شهر کرمانشاه انجام گرفت. پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت و روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه مدیران دورهی متوسطه اداره آموزشوپرورش شهر کرمانشاه (44 مدیر مرد و 50 مدیر زن) در سال تحصیلی 93-1392 بود که با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای نمونهای به حجم 76 نفر انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر و همکاران (1982)، تابآوری کانر و دیویدسون (2003) و اثربخشی پارسونز استفاده گردید برای تحلیل دادهها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان می دهدمتغیرهای خودکارآمدی و تابآوری توان پیشبینی متغیر اثربخشی رادارند. نتایج نشان داد که بین خودکارآمدی و تابآوری با اثربخشی رابطه مثبت وجود دارد؛ اما اثربخشی در بین مدیران زن و مرد تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد. با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش پیشنهاد میشود سازمان آموزشوپرورش برای افزایش اثربخشی مدیران به برگزاری برنامههای مانند کارگاههای آموزشی و استفاده از روانشناسان و مشاوران نسبت به تقویت خودکارآمدی و تابآوری اقدام نمایند.

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجیگری فاصله با هدف مسیر شغلی و استرس مسیر شغلی در رابطه با بازخورد هدف مسیر شغلی و پایستگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان است. روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی با استفاده از مدلیابی علی است. جامعهی آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیهی دانشآموزان پایهی چهارم دبیرستان شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 بود. از این جامعه نمونهای به حجم 450 دانشآموز (50% پسر و 50% دختر) به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای تصادفی انتخاب شد. بهمنظور گردآوری دادهها از مقیاس پایستگی تحصیلی (دهقانیزاده و حسینچاری، 2012)، مقیاس بازخورد هدف مسیر شغلی (هو، کرید و هود، 2016)، مقیاس فاصله با هدف مسیر شغلی (کرید و هود، 2015) و پرسشنامهی استرس دانشگاهی کرهای (چوی و همکاران، 2011) استفاده شد. دادهها به روش تحلیل مسیر و آزمون بوت استرپ با استفاده از نرمافزار Amos تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد فاصله با هدف مسیر شغلی در رابطهی زیرمقیاس بازخورد منفی در مورد پیشرفت با پایستگی تحصیلی، نقش میانجی کامل داشت؛ ولی دو زیرمقیاس دیگر بر پایستگی تحصیلی، اثر غیرمستقیم داشتند. استرس مسیر شغلی در رابطهی زیرمقیاس بازخورد منفی در مورد پیشرفت با پایستگی تحصیلی، نقش میانجی کامل داشت؛ ولی دو زیرمقیاس دیگر بر پایستگی تحصیلی، اثر غیرمستقیم داشتند؛ در نتیجه به منظور تقویت پایستگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان چهارم دبیرستان باید به نقش استرس مسیر شغلی، فاصله با هدف مسیر شغلی و بازخورد هدف مسیر شغلی توجه داشت.
