Aim:The aim of this study was to investigate the psychological capital is improving employee productivity TABAS Coal Company.
Methods: Due to the nature and objectives this applied research and correlation method is used to run it. The study population consisted of staff in 2015, is a TABAS coal company. 200 questionnaires completely and accurately research the answer and it was scored. To collect the data, psychological capital Luthans (2007), job preference questionnaire Amabayl et al. (1994) and questionnaire labour productivity a chive model by Hersey and Goldsmith (1980) was. To analyse the data in inferential statistics, correlation coefficient and stepwise regression and path analysis were used.
Results: The results showed that psychological capital efficiency across all aspects of the job and there is a significant positive relationship. The results showed that motivation in the relationship between psychological capitals with efficiency plays a mediating role of job.
Conclusion:To increase productivity in organizations in the category of hope,optimism,resilience and self-efficacy workshops designed and implemented by experts

Aim: Thriving at work is the modern conceptual basis of positive organizational psychology. Having energy and interest in using knowledge and skills at doing job task is underling factor for promote job attitudes. Present study investigate the role of work engagement in relation between thriving at work on job attitudes; that job attitudes consist of teaching commitment, job satisfaction and feeling of belonging.
Method: The sample of research were 130 women teachers of Isfahan in high school that selected by cluster sampling method. Name of questionnaires are: Thriving at work questionnaire, Teacher Engagement Scale, teacher satisfaction questionnaire, teacher commitment, feeling of belongings questionnaire. In this study validity of questionnaires were shown with Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis with SPSS-20 and AMOS-20. Statistical results showed that the use of ML test method was Robust Maximum Likelihood.
Results: The results of Bootstrapping analysis showed good fitness of final model. This model confirm indirect relation between thriving at work and teacher’s job attitudes with presence of teacher engagement.
Conclusion: The findings support the necessity of investment to create enthusiasm and engagement among teachers as trainers of next generation in improving major job attitudes such as teaching commitment, job satisfaction and feeling of belonging. If energy and tendency to apply educational training (thriving at work) associated with motivation and positive cognitive-emotional affect (teacher engagement) can lead to attitude such as sense of pride and belonging and also commitment to teaching profession that their effect will be visible in the educational environments.

The purpose of this study was to investigate impact ethical leadership style and perceived organizational justice on organizational silence and the identification of causal relationships between these variables. The research method was descriptive – correlation. The statistical population of this study consisted of all Urmia university employees (N=600) during the 2014-2015 academic year, from which Cochran formula 235 were chosen as study sample through selected randomly. The data were collected through three standard questionnaire; Ethical leadership style (Kalshoven et al , 2011), perceived organizational justice (Colquitt , 2001) and organizational silence (Vakola & Bouradas, 2005) were used. to the data analysis statistical softwares such Spss & Lisrel was used. The analysis results showed that ethical leadership style and perceived organizational justice with organizational silence Urmia University Staff there are significant correlations. The results of structural equation modeling showed that ethical leadership style has a positive effect on perceived organizational justice and organizational silence a negative effect. Also the results showed that the direct effect of perceived organizational justice on organizational silence is significant inversely.

Aim: The main objective of this study is to predict the mental health of teachers based on marital satisfaction, self-efficacy, social support and socio-economic status, with the mediation of job satisfaction has been in modeling.
Methods: Due to the nature and objectives of the research, research design is non-experimental and correlation. The study population consisted of all elementary and secondary school teachers has been Tehran city. 447 teachers with cluster random sampling were selected for this study. In order to collect research data from the General Health Questionnaire (28- GHQ), general self-efficacy questionnaire Sherer & colleagues(1982), Social Support Questionnaire Wax and colleagues(1986),Afrooz Marital Satisfaction Scale(2010),Dunnette Job Satisfaction Qestionnaire(1966) and form a self-made demographic) use was performed. for analysis of data with descriptive and inferential statistics(multivariate regression, test t)was used.
Results: The results showed that job satisfaction as a mediator failed relationship between self-efficacy, social support, socioeconomic status and marital satisfaction with the mediation of mental health. Due to the significant relationship between self-efficacy, marital satisfaction and mental health can be said that the model in the three path, self-efficacy to mental health, marital satisfaction to mental health and housing status to mental health fit. Therefore, it was concluded that self- efficacy, marital satisfaction and housing status has a direct impact on mental health and can Explain and predict (23%) of the variance in mental health.
Conclusion:According to the research findings, we can conclude that by applying ways of increasing self-efficacy of teachers in teacher training, Improving their socio-economic status and marital satisfaction in the course of employment can be increased to improve the mental health and job satisfaction among helped them.

The purpose of this research was to test the model for effect of organizational culture and dimensions of organizational structure on job performance and innovation considering the mediating role of organizational intelligence. The sample consists of 430 employees of Zob Ahan Company in Esfahan who were selected by stratified random. The instruments which used in this study were organizational culture, organizational structure, organizational intelligence, innovation and job performance questionnaires. Fitness of the proposed model was examined through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using spss18 and Amose18 software package. The indirect effects were tested by using Bott Strap procedure. According to this result the tested model had good fit indices. Findings indicated that organizational culture directly and indirectly through organizational intelligence increase innovation and job performance. Centralization only indirectly through organizational intelligence reduce innovation and job performance. Formalization and complexity directly and indirectly were not any effect on innovation and job performance.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness based cognitive therapy on symptoms of fatigue (mental and physical), self-compassion and mindfulness of staff of Islamic Azad University Isfahan (Khorasgan) branch suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome. Research method was semi-experimental and pre and post-test design with a control group. For sampling, among those staff whom were diagnosed as chronic fatigue syndrome according to questionnaire of Depaul Symptom (DSQ)(Jason etal,2010), and questionnaire of quality of life(Ware and Sherbourne, 1992), 28 persons were selected as convenient samples and distributed in two groups of experience and control randomly(14 persons). Subjects in the two groups, before and after intervention, and one month after follow-up answered to research instruments including, fatigue scale (Chalder,1993), self-compassion by )Neff, 2003), mindfulness by (Baer et al, 2006 .(Mindfulness based cognitive therapy was executed for experience group in 8 sessions that each session took 90 minutes, but no intervention was carried out in control group. For data analysis multiple-variable covariance was used.
